He uses very light weights (as compared to someone who actively works out, as he claims): 40kg bench press, 14kg dumbell flyes, max 10kg cable flyes, 8kg dumbell lateral raises, no sweat whatsoever -> this guy is sick and this staged video only serves as evidence to the rumor. 🤷🏼♂️
Edit: I have watched his old workout videos, and he used to do dumbell bench pressing with 100kg and barbell bench pressing with 120kg for reps, and now he can only manage 40kg(!) on a plate-loaded machine, so he has definitely lost a ton of strength in the past couple of years.

Looking at the work-out video, I would say Kadyrov is as fit as a fiddle. Maybe the Latvian-based newspaper got his age wrong: he’s 47, not 74. Of course, publishing pure BS is a mark of Western-aligned media these days. Sour grapes!
