I got a visa refusal stating not full filling migration act’s criteria on 21st Feb, university of Wollongong, which is a teir 2 university. Now can I apply for visa again with offer from teir 1 university? Will that cause any impacts to the visa outcome?

@TheMigration Nasir sir, Agr kisi student visa temporary entrant ke wajah se refusa hota hai, tho kya woh GSM ke liye apply kar sakta hai? If yes, tho visa decision ke waqt uska GSM intention aur Student visa ka statement contradict nahi hoga?

I believe if the student is genuine then GST is more easy since the no of fake applicants will be anyway rejected
@@jayanthchintu1011 exactly! Aus is getting crowded with people who don't deserve to be there. With this, they will filter out genuine and fake students.
Will GTE requirement for subclass 500 dependent visa be removed as well?

I have a question from the entire who's currently holding a Subclass-500.
These new rules of 485 or TR Visa if they do certain changes that are applicable for current students or new admissions of students. As I didn't see any clarity.
