For MY emp visa holders and dependents, no need of arrival card.. bus is cheaper for family or personal trips. Same is time we spend to reach airport and waiting time and then at SG airports
When I didn't speak the local language, government staff or bus drivers were really rude. It made me upset when I was trying to get my license because nobody bothered to explain things clearly when I asked questions, the worst thing was in Airport too! their expressions are so harsh.
