@@ItsIdaho Not a lot of choices for big PBX with call center capability back in the day. It would've been an Avaya Definity or Merlin Legend at the time if this music was used, unless the telecom vendor just used a Lucent MOH player.
@@423tech AT&T / Lucent Definity, Nortel Meridian, or Rolm 9751 was about it. Unless you bought a dedicated ACD system like Aspect……there were more that had this capability but they didn’t match the capability of the big ones. Definity has always really been known as the best for call centers though.
I do voice over professionally. I've done work like this for many businesses. Also, voiced "phone trees"; Dial 2 for sales, Dial 3 for accounting... All in a day's work!
I do this also as a bonus for many of my company's customers. Everyone tells me I should get into that field but I don't have any professional training or connections.
I know I have heard this same style of hold music in the last year with all the phone callers I have made with my Grandmothers estate. Didn’t know it was such a throwback. I really want to implement this somehow on my BCM50 I have my copper landline attached to. Lol
I found a video of this in lower quality, and for some reason instead of looping it fades out and then presumably loops. the voice also says a different line than the ones in this version. maybe some day the other version can be found and a full uninterrupted version can be made.

Use a RUclips to mp3 site to convert and download it and then upload to your BCM.
