call 1800 241 787 and press # four times, or call 1800 931 588 and press 0 - those telstra lines play the full track unedited and it’s much better. you just need to make sure that you call when it’s busy so you have enough time to listen to the full 5 minute track. i don’t get why telstra always edits the tracks because the original just ends up sounding way better.
what i don’t get is that telstra still plays that old sun hill music and the other variety of tracks when a telstra customer care agent places you on hold! but they’ve gone ahead and virtually replaced everything else with this track
Is there a chance it's a custom composition by Flight Facilities? I know Telstra has used Flight Facilities' Clair De Lune in the past - and this kind of gives me Flight Facilities vibes.

Idk if you recorded an exact hold loop or combined takes, but if this is how Telstra is playing it, then it goes like this: 00:00 - Hook Only 00:30 - Short 01:30 - Short 02:30 - Extended 04:31 - Short 05:31 - Short 06:31 - Extended Are they just looping at random? IS IT FOR A REASON?
So I also noticed this as well. This recording is a direct rip! No editing apart from volume adjustments. Telstra have it in this strange order..don't know why but i suspect the admins just threw a bunch of versions into the system without actually confirming what versions they were and the order they'd play in.
