Camera angle doesn’t show this process clearly. Lots of shadow and not close enough
It's pretty self-explanatory and the angles are clear enough to me. Might be worth giving it a shot a couple times on your own, you'll see he gives a good amount of information.
Most of the time we see *you* and not what you are doing , sometimes we don't even *see* the chicken thighs at all. Or from too far away. "Self explanatory"? .... maybe but then why make a video about it at all?
