From the raw materials through to the end product, with limited equipment and facilities, absolutely amazing. Great skills.
It amazes me how most all these workers work on the ground regardless of age...if I got down like that for 10 mins I wouldn't be able to get back up...;-)
I just added the same comment. Just about every video you see of an Indian factory, everyone works sitting on the floor.
@@williamarmstrong392 Ya maybe it's got something to do with their height, like the Japanese, they may feel more comfortable that way...
They have a lifetime of practice which makes them good at the posture.
It's a cultural thing they've been doing hundreds and hundreds of years
it's called "shithole squatting"

I'm always so impressed by what these guys do. The metal they're using is from another shop who makes rims, those are the bits punched out when they make em.
To an Australian bricklayer these tools are for garden use
handmade! will work 100 years.
Everyone has 1 job, and they do it precisely, that’s the sign of a well organized work crew.
Beautiful results! Great job!

Went deaf by just watching, imagine working there.
A health and safety inspectors dream!
Good job they don't have them then.
I’ve always wanted to start smithing as a hobby, sadly I can’t though, I just have to experience it through these videos. Reason I can’t is that I live in a condo, and even before when I lived in a house, it was a residential neighborhood and I couldn’t just be banging on metal all day. And even if all that wasn’t an issue, you can’t find a decent anvil to save your life if you don’t live in a rural area, and even if you do live in a rural area, it’s still very hard to find a nice, heavy wrought iron anvil. You can use a railroad tie but those aren’t easy to come by either. Also you can use the teeth from a large bucket from a construction machine, but you’d need to find one at a junkyard and you’d have to have an oxy acetylene torch to cut the tooth off. The point is that it’s not an easy hobby to get into, sadly. I’m sure a lot of other would-be smiths are in the same predicament.
There are probably blacksmithing classes available in your area. Also, please join your state’s blacksmiths’ association. It’s inexpensive, enjoyable, informative, and fun.
Easy solution. Move out of the city and buy some land.
you know someone who has space you can use. It takes like 4 ft sq and about 100 bucks to start. if you have good friends then someone has a space you can rent or use.
@@MadebyKourmoulis that isn't an easy solution lol
@@bochapman1058 moving isn't very hard. You can pretty much walk in the door and get hired just about anywhere right now so finding a job isn't hard. You could find a place to rent fairly easily if you aren't looking in town. Buying something currently is a different story.
Hard working talented guys. Thanks for showing the how its made Process ....
Sadly, here in germany, people have so much machinery andconditiobs to work and are yet so envy, mean and judgidy

Assalamu alaykum mashalloh
What you guys make is way better than the Chinese! Thank you!
@@ivan_filimonoff ,ну так-то зачетно.
@@Pikulev_Evgeniy согласен!
interesting lathe technique, hike one leg over the top....
The theme through these videos is how people in developing countries made useful tools with minimum equipment sitting in the dirt in a grubby shop.
Realise that’s how your great grandparents made similar items in the late 19th century and early 20th. Except they had to stand up. We all are not far removed from what you see, for better or worse.
I once found an older hay fork in a barn, commented to my grandfather that it looked worn out. He replied “boy, that old fork has worn out three generations of good men”.
Seems to me that those metal pieces came from the wheel tractor factory. 😊👍
Oh, the joys of working for the cement trowel company again!

Very good skills. Nowadays tools like this is made with the minimum manual labor. All that they do is place a sheet of metal on a machine press and with one downward press the metal part is cut out and the rest is done by manual labor. No heating involved in the making of the trowel. I must say these guys are talented and deserve big praise for their talent.
The only thing is these guys don't use much safety wear while making this tool.
GOOD JOB GUYS

Strange how these trowels have a much more round shape compared to the European ones, whilst bricklaying is about the same job all over the world.
Yeah, I was curious about that. I wonder if there's any particular reasoning behind this 'leaf shape'.
I do some masonry and have a few trowels and wondered if this shape could be better...in my mind it's not but then I am used to our style of trowels.
Its good for clay and mud wall construction
Cool
I really liked your video!

Good work raja
Fantastic video my friend 👉🔝🤝👀💖

But the Chinesium ones are made from West Australian iron ore from the Pilbara, so they gotta be fairly good hey!
Just goes to show that Aussie (Pakistani Migrant) businesses should set up a steel rolling mill in the North West of Australia.

i think brick trowel maker jnr hates the family business and secretly wants to be in the garden trowel industry
What is amazing is that they are filthy and don’t clean up after themselves.
Dont let it get you down. If they are happy working in these conditions then it is what it is.
Amazing good work man
Those trowels are really good quality, much better than the stuff I get in my country.
These trowels are crap. I'm familiar with how forged trowels are made in the USA and these pieces of crap are a joke. The trowels made in modern factories use a custom alloy to provide a combination of strength, toughness, and flexibility. They are hardened and tempered to last a life time. The trowels used by masons in the US are flexible enough to smoothly apply the mortar while still being strong enough the break bricks.
@@jimfarmer7811 if speaking like that is what makes you feel good about yourself... well... have a good day.
@@truebluekit I was simply pointed out that your comment about the trowels being of "good quality" was demonstratably false. It didn't have anything to do with how I feel. But if ignoring reality makes you feel good than have a nice day.
Observando bem, o trabalho é gratificante parabéns.

These blanks they start with look like the punched out area from truck rim making process I have seen in previous videos which were in turn made out of scrapped ships.
