When you're an Ace Attorney, and the Big Bad *almost* gets away with it, when, suddenly, everyone you helped during the course of the case comes back and motivates you to finally put away the case and the Big Bad.
Not gonna lie this part of the game made me cry because it felt like it was hopeless and then everybody started cheering us on and we got the strength to beat the shadow queen.

I wonder if in the remake they'll have her ask why they are helping Mario and friends, I never really liked the whole random af "Power of Friendship" excuse in this game, the Peach Beam and pure Hearts made sense because they were designed to help those in need.
i'm pretty sure in game they explain that the crystal stars can't tell the difference between a good soul and an evil one so they server whomever presently wields them, i could be wrong about that though

The only thing I’d say that the remake genuinely messed up is the opening bit. The whole point of it was to call back to the Intro Story theme.
