  • This is a tutorial on how to crochet a moose. I've made an attempt to be more descriptive, so hopefully that helps!
    All body parts are done in continuous rounds unless stated. I finish all pieces with a slst and ch1.

      Thank you so much! I think I'm slowly getting better at these tutorials! There has definitely been a lot of constructive criticism on past videos that are helping. (Possibly a 🦕 ?)

    Just found this tutorial as i was looking for a cute, moose and yours is the cutest!
    I normally use blanket yarn for amigurumi because it's so much easier to see the stitches, but brown is tough to find in stores. i need this for a birthday present tomorrow!I bought some loops and threads at Michaels and followed your tutorial.
    Wish i would've stuffed the antlers legs and arms earlier, as i was making them. I didn't see that step in your tutorial and just kept going. Maybe you could add that in writing over the video? It's okay, i used my crochet hook and squeezed it in! 🥴 I'm sewing it together tomorrow. Hope it turns out as cute as yours, thx! 😊👍🧶

      You rock, tysm!!!
      Just a couple corrections:
      Missing Abbreviation guide:
      HDC - Half double crochet - aka single crochet but loop yarn once before inserting hook into stitch instead of not (took me a sec to see the dif)
      Antler:
      R11-14 --> R11-13,
      [3 HDC, Ch 1, turn] x3 , not x4
      Small part of Antler
      R2 - Sc, Inc (9)
      Once again, thank you for your transcription! T'was quite helpful

    I think you need to improve your skills before you do a tutorial. Your antlers are way too big and there are way too many holes where you can see the stuffing. Nice effort.
