    Hi, thanks for the video! I would like to ask, would you mind discuss about the strain result especially if it has exceeded the elastic region. Thanks!

    why did you use uniform weigthing factor Sir for moment load Sir? As what I understand when we use continuum coupling, it will distribute moment as force at coupling nodes, so forces at different radial distance will be different, why didn't you choose linear weighting factor for this? thank you

      Hi in this way the model does not present local boundary effects.

    nice video sir, i have a question if you dont mind. why did you use solid elements instead of shell elements while modelling this pipe? thank you

      @advancedfea912  4 года назад +2

      Hi, if you want analyse the stresses trough the thickness, the solid elements are the most appropriate for the scope. Thanks.

    why did you use datum plane for the pipe....what was the use ....if it is for meshing we could have done simply meshing ?

      Please see the tutorial of pipe meshing I did yesterday on my channel.

    Unlike your results my pipe is showing zero stresses at zero time. Your pipe is showing results or colours on the inner surface i dont know why, I followed same steps. Can you help ?

      Hi, there are 2 steps, the first with internal pressure and the second with bending. Are you sure that zero time is related to first step of my analysis?

      @@advancedfea912 I need to plot bending moment and shear force diagrams. Pile is modelled as purely elastic and soil as mohre coloumb. Created one field input by enabling Section Force (SF) and NFORCS, but after completion, these are not availbale in visualisation menu. Please help me to find a solution

      @@Oiu472 HI, now is clear to me. To plot bending moments and shear force please select free body option. When you go in the output you have to select free body and select bending moments and force components or magnitude. It will not be so easy by try it and let me know.

      Hi, there is no "w" in the hoop stress, but in the bending stress W is the bending module of pipe section
