Hi Liz, This morning before church I watched your 60 DYI hacks and you showed us the yellow microfiber gloves for doing the blinds. After church I went to pick upy Dad for lunch and keeping my car running with the AC going waiting for him to come out I found a great deal on Amazon for those gloves. 5 pairs for $10.99. I will give my Dad the Navy color, my boyfriend is in his own condo so I will give him the light blue. I will keep the yellow, sage green and the pink. If I hear of someone needing one I can give them a pair. I told my Dad with my carpal tunnel being so bad right now it's hard to open a bag of chips or a nature valley bar so I may not be able to hold of feather one to do the blinds. I think these gloves will be awesome for my dash on my car. My Dad said, "I have never heard you speak of a Liz before how long have you known her"?😊 I had a sentimental long stick once from a walk with my brother and someone tossed it out into the back yard. 😢 On nature walks with my Mom I kept sticks with pine cones attached, I have stalls in a vase from a money tree that has stayed nice I have acorns attached to a branch from walks with my grandmother. This stick that I found was from a locus tree had a beautiful texture with curves would be so nice for my white little creamers I have collected over the years. In my Flat I have a very large serving window that goes from the kitchen into the dining room. I need to find a big stick! Liz, We do not have any Dollar Trees anywhere near me. 3 are 45 min away. The other day at a thrift store I saw a clear vase but, it was $3 and I just felt like saving for a house I could not buy that. Now I see your clear vase with your macrame hack and now I want to go to the thrift store. I am on vac for the next week I will be venture down there tomorrow. I do not shop in Sundays and the county fair is going on so parking would be horrible. I hope the vase is still there. The last summer my Mom was alive July 2021 we practically lived in her back porch. She would read country magazines and I would sit and craft on the large cable table my Dad made in the 1960s in Calif. That one summer evening I had washed out all the Oui yogurt jars (glass) and I had a nice roll of jute cord that didn't have lots of frizz in it. I made your macremae look but instead I knotted each diamond shao around the glass. At times it was monotus with such a small vessel. I made 9 and put tea lights in each and hung each one in the 9 porch windows. It looked so cozy at night. I told Mom if I ever got married 😂 they would be pretty on the table with small bouquets of flowers. My Mom passed away 3 weeks to the day of July 4th that summer and I am now 60 so I doubt I will ever marry at this point. I am glad God kept me single so I could help take care of my Mom. I got off in the beaten track but, we do not have General Dollars here either. I wonder if I could order your wood bead wreath. I really like how you styled it and for all seasons you can change out the bow. I have a beautiful foyer I would love to hang one in. I am sure I could make my own too. I love all your ideas. I am so very sorry for your loss. I read your comment and wanted to tell you it's never too late to get married love doesn't have a number on it. Who knows maybe you'll still get married. Don't lose faith on love 💕. I've seen people get married later in their lives and there's nothing wrong with that.
