Great video. I love the variegated lucky bamboo. I've been growing the green one for years but never had the variegated. Such pretty colors. Thanks for sharing!
Sir, please make a video... How to transplant lucky bamboo from water to soil? My lucky bamboo is dying in water... Every week its one stick is getting yellow.
@Ojaswa Dubey, Sure, I would do very soon! That's a common problem and happens because of few issues. Few things you can do - 1. Use only RO water 2. Avoid using too much water, just a little later at bottom would be fine 3. You can also use Orbeez ball instead of water 4. Change the water frequently 5. Avoid keeping in very low light area. Hope that helps..anyway, I would do the video soon. Thank you and Sir is not required actually, Good luck :-)
@@GardeningUpbeat Thank you for reply sir. Ok, I'll try all these solutions and told you after sometime... Actually my father told me to call Sir or Ma'am to all those people who taught you something, that's why it is in my habit.
@Pallavi Baruah, Thank you so much! Actually Class 1 got started and so she is bit busy..he he..Class 1 n they need to do many things :-( Anyway, myself Chandan Dutta and Sir is not required actually. You can just add other word (da, dada, uncle or just Chandan..anything you like) after my name..thank you :-)
I planted rain lily bulbs in my garden in march, they haven't grown much till now, only a couple of leaves on each bulb. It has even rained 3-4 times but still the bulbs wouldn't grow. Please advise🙏
Initially they would take sometime...no worry! First they need to produce new bulbs and then only they would look bushier. Already, your plants are producing new bulbs underneath the soil. I already have a video on Rain lily and in case you are interested, here is the link - ruclips.net/video/ZRsW-AzGRDA/видео.html
@@GardeningUpbeat I actually ordered the bulbs from the link in your video only😅 I was so happy that all five of the bulbs germinated but they are nowhere even close to how rapidly yours grew... I was worried if I'm doing it wrong. They get full day of sun but I didn't add the liquid fertilizer you showed in your video. I prefer to not use artificial fertilizers...
You can but they'll likely burn. Basically you need to simulate them growing under The canopy of a forest. So bits of scattered direct light essentially. Or you can put them directly under a grow light for up to 8 hours a day probably no more than six. Or just leave the blinds to your room open but have them away from the window about 5 feet or so.
You can do the Hard pruning and then insert the cuttings in the same pot. If it's quite long, you can make many pieces of 4-8 inches. I did same here - ruclips.net/video/LTa9IMpO3_c/видео.html
Plz change the water frequently, clean the pot and try to provide them bright light. Also, avoid keeping water level very high. Hope, they revive! Wish you all the best!

Can i place my lucky bamboo under direct sunlight?
