Room book panrathu safe, because when we go with friends or bachelors they will check randomly, if our time is bad then , we might end up in paying 4000baht fine , which is 10000inr, better to book rooms and there are many pay later rooms, so just you can book and have confirmation here and later after visa process you can change the rooms or hostel .
