The badge isn't a plagiarism of Chelsea. It's based on the 82 badge. And besides we had a lion on our crest before Chelsea.

@@darth6466 To be honest I don't mind it. There are things I would change but the old badge wasn't particularly popular either when we first had it but eventually grew on people. I don't think people are happy with it behind the scenes so I don't know how long it's going to last.

The Everton kit design is based of the panels on the bullens road stand at Goodison which is the lines on the sleeves and collar considering it’s potentially our last season at Goodison

The pattern on the villa shirt symbolizes the soundwaves created by fans singing "Allez Allez Allez". The change of badge was a public vote to villa fans, as mentioned in other comments, the badge is almost a replica of the badge used in the European cup winning year of 1982. Sponsor makes no sense though, Villa are actually promoting gambling awareness sooo make what you think of that.

Not beat pleased with the Palace kit, I mean it a throwback and it was great seeing Puncheon score and there was one gane where Chankah played CDM and was brilliant (dude danced off the pitch he was that good) but palaver went back to playing him up front... the crystal palace itself on the shirt is great but the stripes dude the stripes it's missing badly...

The only part of the villa kit i like is the badge as it is similar to the badge from the 80s, so it isn't copied from Chelsea, although idk why they made the lion face the other way. Also i think it was a fan vote
it was vote for members and season ticket holders, the very first villa badge had a lion facing the way it is on the new badge. also a mate of mine pointed out that it could be a design nod to heading in a new direction. the print on the shirt is supposed to be the sound waves of the chants at villa park.
