Roy mouthing Let It Go just prove that he is a great uncle.
I heard that wasnt scripted and it was just Brett mouthing along.
@@khaderach19 yeah, and that in my headcanon it just something Roy would do.
@@khaderach19 ok
I love how they show him singing during the “Don’t let them know” part
I would attribute it to the fact that ALL of us who have relatives and want to care about their nieces and nephews suffered greatly through this songs heights. The only time I want to hear it now is in toilets.
I just want to say, as an American, how glad I am this show has introduced Hannah Waddingham to US audiences. I know she's been a thing in the UK for a long time, but I'm just very grateful we get to see her incredible talent on our TVs now, too.
I first loved her in GOT. Shame! Shame! Lol
Absolutely love that Roy kent knows the lyrics..
He has a lovely niece, right?
Ted’s reaction to her voice is my favorite part. Even though he’s going through it he’s like: “of course she can sing like that, I’m not surprised “
On the flip side, I love the writers' reaction to Hannah Waddingham.
"Does Rebecca sing?"
"Well she does now"
The number of sub-plots within the main plot is just brilliant - moment between Sam and Rebecca, Roy mouthing off a "mushy" song tells you how much he spends time with his niece, 'Sassy smurf' sitting next to Ted (we know what happens later in the episode), and on top of that Rebecca's singing. I mean WOW
What Sam-Rebecca moment? 😅 He’s smiling like everyone else. This scene and after this was about her and Ted.
@@juliesh_ph when he takes her coat. Jason was super specific that Sam had to do that
Ahhhh that little moment between Sam and Rebecca. Makes so much sense now in the context of Season 2. Brilliant foreshadowing.
And it’s Ted and Sam on the seat next to each other. Her two romantic options
Made me cry! 😭
We need a full studio version of this!!
The lyrics of the songs before teds panic attack always get me.
“Because maybe.
You're gonna be the one that saves me.
And after all.
You're my wonderwall”.
Then “bad romance”
and finally “let it go”.
“Can’t hold it back anymore”
All lead him to his wife and pending divorce and the panic attack.
I think Bas Romance was the perfect song for Coach Beard, given his relationship is not a smooth one.
Beard is surprised, Isaac is intrigued and Roy just sings along from watching with his niece.
And Nate seems the happiest he ever seemed in the show. Included, part of the club.
Beard is life
Boy, she can sing...
Professionally trained ... can dance as well.
Great show. Hits every emotion
Roy Kent mouthing the words lol
If he’s not the best uncle ever, he’s near the top.
this scene never fails to give me the chills. indeed only this show to turn an annoying song into a truly beautiful scene ❤ and the way the lyrics translate what ted feels....
Facts. And then they did it again by turning one of the most memified and overplayed songs ever into a touching moment
@@gerstein03 and Hannah sang it live for every take
We need a full rendition from her please
Such a well written show and the performers were cast perfectly! Top notch all the way around. The camera work is great. Shout out to all those behind the scenes kicking ass at their jobs. Thanks for making such entertainment.
Great to remember and credit the camera crew and others behind the scenes -- they aren't as visible but are crucial to making this show the masterpiece it is!
Somewhere out there is a man who broke up with Hannah Waddingham and for some reason is still happy with his life.
He must have really breakable knees.
his loss.
........................
I would bet he probably feels.... Shame. Shame. Shame.

The first time I saw this episode, I had no idea Hannah was a singer, and I was just open mouthed in awe 😮😍
She sang a Christmas song in an earlier Season 3 ep too. Amazing voice.
Four octave range too
I’d love to see the whole song. She’s brilliant and sings it so well. My favorite version of this song. Thank you, Apple TV for letting us all see how amazing Hannah Waddingham is.
Wow what a voice! Damn great actress awesome singer it didn't happens often
I haven't cried in years.. but damn it this scene did the trick. I love this show so much.. 😭❤️
nice change of heart pic :)
@@Mr123leo321 Thank you!! Hey at least someone knows what it is! Lol. Hope you have yourself a good day and a blessed year :)
Beards reaction 0:50 is everything!
This is one of my favorite scenes in all of tv.
I always hated that the panic attack cut short her beautiful performance…Hannah is a superb talent.
The song is narrating his struggles but I'd like a full version it works in the scene but It'd be cool if they made one
That's exactely what panic does...
I come back to see this only for Keeley's heartfelt reaction. She truly adored Rebecca 🥹. Both such strong female characters
I think the thng that gets me the most is how hard Hannah fought to avoid singing this song. Jason told her to suggest a replacement, and of course, he turned them all down. Then she just knocks it out of the park. I know they had several takes of this, but I'd pay to see the entire song. That, my friends, is a woman with many talents, and what a wonderful human being on top of that!
This is the best thing i have ever seen
She just bowls over the team with her voice.
Man i love coach beard character.. 😂
Just found Michael Bublé - "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" w/ Hannah Waddingham (Christmas in the City). It is wonderful!!!!!!!!
This hits so well because I'm convinced I'm the first movie that Elsa's powers were intentionally written as a metaphor for panic attacks.
Not really...she was an evil ice queen. They reworked the movie pretty heavily because they KNEW that this song was going to be iconic.
One of the best cinematic representations of a panic attack I've ever seen.
Kylee reaction during whole scene and esp when let it go moment 😂😆
Brett Goldstein's podcast episode he did with Hannah Waddingham is amazing
I want to see all of beards bad romance 😂
she looks Like Elsa with her blond hair and sparkle top 🔥
The way Sam looked at her
I need the full version of her
You go Tonya!
I want to see s100 of Ted lasso
Um. DAMN.
From Frozen and Elsa’s song from Anna’s sister!
And wearing an Elsa dress!
Episode?
She sounds exactly like Elsa
I just figured out that Roy Kent is Roy Keane
The artist for 'The Family Circus' cartoon
Wish I can see/ listen to the whole song her singing ! She’s so good! 🩵
Becca sings let it go from frozen
This guy had a panic attack?!
yes
What was happening to Ted?
Panic attack
Ruining the moment
This song needs to be stricken from the historical record, or permitted to ONLY play in public restrooms.
I think coach beards performance is better than rebecca
