Just learning how to play with the first experience and looking to see how it goes.

From the videos I’ve watched, the Angorium can be used to supercharge the T.O.M.
The green Kirkium is kinda like the energy caches on Particle Fleet maps, or whatever they’re called - best to collect it at the start, so you can use it to seed your initial construction of reactors and such.
Learning all the flowing materials is definitely going to be a key part of mastering this game - like how if you can cover breederland with anything other than Creeper (be it AC or something neutral that’s denser than Creeper), it doesn’t breed Creeper. Digging strategy is going to be important too - when you want to excavate big chunks, when it’s more efficient to dig narrow tunnels.
Note that breederland can also be used to breed anticreeper!

Hooray, KatVacs is playing IXE! I was hoping this would happen!
It seems like fully enclosed material can be under a lot of pressure. Or basically a lot more could be packed together in sealed areas. So the moment an opening happenings it all comes erupting out in an enormous outflow then.
I guess one can but hope the UI might have indication for creep density or so, else one will have to guess a bit with those sealed areas.
There’s a density indicator at the bottom, to the right of the ship menu, just below the numbers for total Creeper and AC on the map.
Kind of figures there would be one I guess.
What about the hibernation pod on mission one? don't think it's only a decoration, or is it?
Nope it's not decoration. :) It's an objective of some kind.
