Most simple and best tasting green chutney. Mint leaves, cilantro, an inch of ginger, green chillies, black salt, ice cubes, fresh lime juice 1 tea spoon. Mint leaves should be double the quantity of cilantro. Add all of them in the blender. You have a perfect green chutney. Ice cubes are just to make sure the paste doesn't go warm while blending it.
It's so funny looking at you. 🤣🤣 Just come to India, explore explore and more explore. Eat whatever you want. Don't thing about your weight gain. Come to India, guys. ❤🥰😍🤗
Green chutney are of various types but two most popular ones are coriander (cilantro) based and mint based. Also the topping is shaved gram flour (Sev).
For green chutney u should need green coriender leaves+green mint leaves+ some green chilies + little bit of ginger + salt or black Rock salt+ cummin seeds one table spoon grind all it well in grinder with some water.... Now the green chutney is ready enjoy ❤❤.... I love your reaction...
Stevie, get some mint leaves from Asda, get a grinder, add some garlic, little chopped onions, Coriendor Leaves, little garlic, grind it together and add salt and some Aamchur powder. When eating, you can add it in little Yogurt and taste like exactly same as street food.
It's actually pretty easy to make green chutney.all you need is coriander, mint and a bit of curd and if you want the consistency to be a bit nutty then use a little paste of cashew.
Green chutney : mint + coriander/cilantro+ green chillis+ pinch of salt and lemon+ ginger garlic paste + curd.... And I'm a Bengali.. so here we like to use poppy seed paste instead of curd, for the texture. If that's available there, you can use that as well. It tastes nice...
Green chutney is simple to prepare. Main ingredient is coriander. Rest are salt, mint leaves(small amount), ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds plus little water. Put them all in the mixer and just blend them and in a minute or two, your green chutney is ready.
