Waaayy back on January 8th, 2024. I was taking some picture and video of 52 division at the same time CBC was. However I was the only one being harassed by the Toronto police services. I then walked down to the U.S consulate and took some more pictures where the people inside called the police on me. After that interaction I walked back to 52 division to get the incident number to request body cam etc.. When I walked into the lobby I was approached by staff sergeant Azarraga who was trying to stall me until the arresting officers came. I was then arrested processed and booked into a cage for criminal harassment, where I spent the next, roughly 15-20 hours. Before I was forced to bail myself out on conditions.
On June 19th my charges were dismissed due to "no reasonable prospect of conviction". I got my property back after the 30 day wait period (which I shouldn't have had to wait that long). When I received my property back my microphone was shattered (video coming soon) and it was NOT handed to the Toronto police services like that. They tried to smash my stuff to suppress this video? I wouldn't put it past them. Lawsuit is being filed and this is not over. Body camera footage and police reports will be given to me soon and ill be releasing a video on that as well. Just like my Burlington undercover cop assault video ( • DERANGED UNDERCOVER CO... )... This is FAR from over. Updates and more videos coming soon.

Thank you for suing! surprised you were able to find a lawyer. I am disabled and use a mobility scooter and was Hit by a car, The police officer (OPP) knew the driver and wrote a report that I was at fault, despite the fact I have video that the man reversed and turned up the sidewalk without a signal and hit me. I asked the officer how he came to the conclusion that I was at fault because it meant I would have to Pay both deductibles, and he ghosted me for 2 weeks. I got in touch with a female supervisor and she was very rude from the start, and when I asked how to make a complaint she told me it could only be done online and If I were to make a complaint I would be arrested immediately for criminal harassment. I used to look up to cops when I was younger. The corruption runs very deep. Be careful...They are not afraid to retaliate due to the protection they have and will try to set you up

Our host was recording an area, not specific individuals. That was until one fool contacted him, refused to identify as police, and continued to target him with surveillance. These behaviors demonstrate no such "reasonable fear", (even at an untrained standard) but also, a justifiable cause for our host to investigate the fool further.
Cops are trained to have thicker-skin. This in-turn requires police to have higher thresholds for "reasonable fear" than the untrained. Their culture however indoctrinates narcissism, using their positions for retaliation, revenge and other unprofessional behaviors. A cop simply cannot be a victim of this crime without reaching significantly higher levels of example.
As a result, the fool, by feigning victimhood, proves himself to not have the qualities of a professional police officer, but also, ALL those who backed this endeavor - just as thin-skinned, cowardly and worthless to the so-called "profession". They're BAD ACTORS (double entendre).

Naturally, any regulation would only be found under the US regulations but even without looking, I would bet they indeed are required to identify themselves, especially while accosting a Canadian on Canadian soil.
The GIS map shows 2.3 meters of the property extends beyond the building towards the road. Rent-a-pig never left the property but he was trying to manipulate a Canadian on Canadian soil and as such, MUST comply with Canadian laws and regulations as they would take precedence.
Relying on an arm patch alone is not enough. Some Canadian security do outside detail for the consulate and other similar entities, where they wear the same flag patch. I have seen this at screening areas just outside underground parking entrances.
I will agree that recording on a corner and recording the entrance to an underground are different, as is the equipment, personnel and other cues, so yes, that has an imbalanced viewpoint. However the facts remain the same in that anyone can be press and recording is our right. They unlawfully arrested you for SOLE PURPOSE of stopping you from holding that guard accountable, the one that gave you the finger. There is no other way for the public to interpret it. This was done to chill the public from holding government employees accountable. It is clear that they have nothing but contempt for the law and contempt for the public. What probably cause did they have that you committed ANY crime? The complaint of a middle-finger wagged guard that wants to do whatever they want to do with no consequences? Those cops WANT the hatred, as much as they have hatred for the public and for their country.

Their aim is to impose emotional and financial hardship on you and your family, hoping it will serve as an example to others. The really nice thing is that in Canada, we can use the small claims court to sue for violation of civil rights !! In Ontario, the maximum amount you can claim in small claims court is $25,000; in Quebec it's $15,000.

What a bunch of unprofessional yokels. I thought American police were bad, but Canadian police take the cake. In the U.S. the police are just blatant bullies, but in Canada, they come off as smarmy and somewhat sinister. The guy made a great point. Why did the cops question him but not the corporate media that was posted up on the corner? They only questioned him, and that one female cop was even more unprofessional, flipping him off for no reason. The auditor was polite, courteous, and above all, he didn't even come close to harrassment. He was always in a public space. He never shoved the camera in people's faces or acted annoying. He wasn't loud. He was always polite. He didn't push the boundary. But they retaliated and charged him with harrassment after refusing to charge him at the scene, and they only did that when he went in to get the incident number and follow up through the official process. They're just sinister. Canadian cops creep me out. At least American cops are upfront with their unlawfulness. In a way, that's far more genuine and less nasty that what I just witnessed in this video.
