OMG, I had to change my underwear, What an amazing find. I have an almost original 1981 Turbo Trans Am and my original paperwork looks the same, window sticker too. I have a car channel here. Great vid.. DAMN!
I owned a car just like this same color and paid that sticker price in 1981, just about that price. I loved it, but had to leave it at my moms house when I went to Texas for a year. She let my niece drive it, BIG MISTAKE, I was so pissed, she didn't take care of it. So when I got home I had to spend more money to almost get it back to the way it was! Anyway was an awesome car especially for top end!
beautiful machine, having graduated high school in 82, nothing was more desirable than a Z28 or a Trans Am. they werent the fastest "muscle cars" from years gone by, but for our time, with a little tweaking, they were the stuff!!!
I just sold my 1968 Chevelle Malibu, it is an all original except for the battery with 13273 miles. Tires, plugs, date coded wires. It had all the paperwork, yardstick with the dealers name and two sets of keys in the leather pouches with the dealer name. The car is show room condition.
I had a white with blue trim '80 Z-28. The guy who had it before me had changed the cam and done some other work so it had more grunt than original. God, I loved that car. It was a great highway runner.
I had a 1981 Z28 in charcoal metallic with the red stripes and red interior. I wish I had taken good quality photos of it back then. Also bought it brand new, custom ordered and paid about the same price.
I remember as a broke 20 year old in 1985 I test drove a black on black 4 year old Z/28 with a 305 and a 4 speed, they wanted like 6 grand for it,at that time for me it may as well have million I could not afford it, was it fast? No, but that 4 speed made the whole car!
You sold me , my uncle had one the same yr but it was the darker blue coupe .... I see alot of the same darker blue but they have T-tops. And I cant do that model . But I am going to tell my uncle about this car because he told me he wanted a other one. So this might be his chance .
Wow beautiful car it reminds me of my high school years..... class of 83.
Same here! I had a brown and tan 81. Man I miss that car. Wish I could find some of my old pictures.
I had this exact car in high school, same paint, class of 83 also.

My friend in Detroit had this color. This camaro rocks!
Thanks Michael
I realize this is an old video. What did this Z/28 sell for? Thank you
Had a black 81 Z with silver stripes, black int. and t-tops. Got it when I graduated in 81. It’s nice to see there are still cars that nice.
At 7:30 in the video, you can spot a 429 Cobra in Bright Yellow. Amazing!!
Yes it is!
Hi how much price you want
I just sold my 1968 Chevelle Malibu, it is an all original except for the battery with 13273 miles. Tires, plugs, date coded wires. It had all the paperwork, yardstick with the dealers name and two sets of keys in the leather pouches with the dealer name. The car is show room condition.

@GSpanglet... you selling that dk gr 80model?
Bought one brand new in 1981, it was 12,500 dollars, wish I still had it, was the same color, great car
Very cool now is your chance this Camaro is like going back to 1981 and buying a new one

Properly maintained and stored, a car with 40K miles SHOULD be fine. No surprise to me.
Yes but not to many of them were maintained the way they should have been.
Nice Camaro had a 75 all metal bumpers changed in 78 to plastic love all camaos.
They are great cars
Very cool Chevy!!!😎👍🏼❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Yes it is!
Is Bill Murray selling cars now? ...sounds just like him
Sounds exactly like him don't it?😆
Patrick Glenn Nichols features old barn find Chevys(mostly 70 Chevelles)guy sounds just like Matthew MacConaghey
In in California if you wanted the 4 speed you got the 305 V8 everywhere else in the country you could get the 350 with the 4 speed
Not in 81 all 4 speeds were 305s across the country, 1980 was the last year for a manual 350
@@jeffinwood you are right in Canada you could get the r speed with the 350
@@jeffinwood In Canada you got a 350...Auto.or 4 Speed...your choice..
Beautiful car. Might have missed it, but would love to know the asking price.
We are asking $30,995
Yeah yeah, but is it a _4speed?_
All show an no go we calld these smogers back in the day factory setup couldnt get out of its on way
that undercoating is the best for the money, just look at it in the pix.
Played a big roll in keeping this Camaro clean and solid
I had a 79 with the 350, it was nice but later in 2001. I purchased a boat with a 305, the engine sucked!
$30,995 on their website
I'm in the middle with 1980,,,traded a fool kid a 1975 20 foot boat for it,,lol
The look was ok but the Z28 had lousy quality, the Tran-Am was a step up.
How much ?
$30,995
This is the 2’nd gen. Your ‘91 is a third gen.

Damn, I like looking at the cars here, but really don't like the way the 2 guys present the vehicles.
Rob, but we are not for everyone but thanks for watching our videos
1980 -81 z-28's never came with a 305 only in californiia but a 4 speed was an option ! The 305 came in the rally sport for both years !
Z-bart is bad news 😄😄😄
