[Ingredients for pork bulgogi]
600g of forelimbs, 2T of minced garlic, 1 green onion, 238ml of ground pear,
Sugar 3T, vinegar 2T, soy sauce 6T, sesame oil 1T, cooking oil
Press 600g of front leg meat with a kitchen towel to remove blood,

Add 2T of minced garlic and mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Add 600g of front leg meat, chopped green onions, 6T of dark soy sauce, and 1T of sesame oil, and mix well.
Let it sleep for more than 30 minutes.
It tastes better if you refrigerate it for more than a day!
Pour one round of cooking oil into a pan heated over high heat,
Spread out the meat until the frying pan is full
Do not rummage through the meat until the soup is boiled down,
Bake over high heat for about 5 minutes.
If there is a dark spot, stir-fry it.
That's how you can make it taste like fire.
When the water boils down and the meat oil boils
Add half of the sauce and stir-fry well over high heat.
If you grill it for 8 minutes, it's done!
