Dude this guy has asked about Mbappe's position every single show. I'm not kidding lol
To be honest Mbappe plays 10x better as a winger... as a 9 he is ok but not to the level of a winger.... So I really hope it works out. Because we don't wanna see Boring Tap ins goals from MBappe.

It has to be from up top
Kylian Mbappe as excited as we are about his move to Real Madrid, I think he’s under a lot of pressure to perform there. It’s not just because he’s going into this Real Madrid move coming off the back of a disappointing EUROs, when a player of his caliber is making the biggest transfer of his career where all the eyes are on you, you have to deliver and show to everyone that you’re made for the big stage and can perform in a proper league. He’s joining a team who was successful without him and now that Mbappe has been signed and how stacked Real Madrid are, they’re literally a favorite to win every competition they compete in meaning that anything less than a treble is a failure. With the team that they have and the manager he’s working under who has a great track record when it comes to attacking players, there’s no way that he’s going to flop there. If he doesn’t play well, as we saw with legends like Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, Real Madrid fans are so demanding and no matter how big of a player you are in football, you’ll get booed by their fans. If he scores 45+ goals next season, they either go trophy less or wins La Liga, gets knocked out of the Champions League very early, we’re going to be having the conversation about whether or not they were a better team without Mbappe as some people believed that Real Madrid don’t need him and think that he went there to save his career because he needs them.
This is a legacy defining move for him because depending on what he achieves for club and country in the next couple of years, Mbappe is already the best player of our generation in the 2020s and he’ll cement himself as the face of football. I doubt that Mbappe will be anything less than a success at Real Madrid, even if he won’t ever replicate Messi and Ronaldo’s stats, he’ll be judged by how he performs, the amount of trophies he wins, his goals and assists, Ballon Dors champions league titles etc. .
Mbappe is not the best player of 2020.. maybe this year but not last year

Real Madrid is becoming the Justice League of Football
It's frightening. The squad they have is amazing. I'm not even a fan but I respect what they've created.
50+ goal’s he’s playing in a much better team, with tactics more suited to him, with a more stable squad and in a much less defensive and physical league, Ligue 1 is one of the most physical / defensive leagues in Europe, almost every team plays with five at the back and very low defensive line making it hard to score. It's easier to score 20+ goals a season in the Bundesliga or la liga for Bayern or Madrid than in Ligue 1 for PSG, I think he could have his best season ever in his first two seasons at Madrid
Spoken like s true Indian with absolutely ZERO ball knowledge. 😂
@@Roberto-nj5yr you're the one with 0 Knowledge. Messi played 2 seasons in league 1 and said that league 1 is way more Physical than LA liga and that it was harder to score.. Lionel Messi only scored in 30% of his games in league 1 while Mbappe 45% of games.

Mbappe is going to Score A lot of goals in La Liga where he'll have much more Help and a better system than PSG.. Mbappe already has 12 World Cup Goals he'll be number 1 Soon All-time.
The expectation is that he settles down quickly given a lot of French teammates and the fact that he’s entering his prime. The coaches will look at him to add to what they have, not to take away from their current side. The outside will have outrageous expectations as always, but looking at it from a coaching perspective, I’m keen to see how he works alongside his new teammates
He also speaks perfect Spanish

Madrid has more french players than spanish 😂
@@davidajayi1207 He speak acceptable Spanish not fluent and certainly not perfect.
Ultimately, Mbappe merely gives Ancelotti more option in his rotation system. Not too often will all of his most important players start at the same time, especially not in La Liga against teams 10-20, believe me.
Bellingham can be as affective as Kroos with training. He has demonstrated that he can be as effective as playmaker as he was as striker all season.
That's what I think. He should be more of a CM. He did incredibly good in the first half season as an AM but in the second half he was very tired as he was running all over the pitch. He has good vision of the game and an incredible passing skill wich we will need to restore the big loss of Toni Kroos.
Hopefully Bellingham can play more defensive deep playmaker role that Kroos played... Before he came to RM i think that was his role at BvB. If he can do it RM can play either 4 4 2 or 4 3 3
100% agree with Craig, I’m concerned our midfield won’t be able to control big games and that will impact our forwards greatly. Also our back line is a mess as alaba is coming off a serious injury and we only have rudiger and militao. We need another CB, otherwise if someone gets injured it’s gonna get messy fast

Where Mbappe will play is not of your business 😂 the good news is, he can play and score anywhere. That's why he's a superstar 🌟
It's a no brainer question at all, same pressure and expectations similar to a superstar in football.
It is highly recommended and a MUST for Real Madrid management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Real Madrid, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well) regardless of age, injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2027. We are referring to Modric, Vasquez, Daniel Carvajal Ramos "Dani Carvajal", Courtois, Alaba, Rudiger, Mendy, Daniel Ceballos Fernández "Dani Ceballos" Jesús Vallejo Lázaro "Jesus Vallejo", Francisco José García Torres "Fran Garcia", Diaz, Juan Miguel Latasa Fernández "Juanmi Latasa", Reinier Jesus Carvalho "Reinier", Nicolás "Nico" Paz Martínez, & Guler.
Confirmed leaving Real Madrid as some will no longer renew, and a few getting sold permanently with a buy back clause on or before September 2024: Rafael Marín Zamora "Rafa Marin", Kroos, José Ignacio Fernández Iglesias "Nacho", José Luis Mato Sanmartín "Joselu", and Arrizabalaga.
Once they get sold these are the players should be sign based on their positions on or before July 2027.
Right Back: Jesus Fortea, Malo Gusto
Left Back: Alphonso Davies, Joskol Gvardiol
Centre Back: William Saliba
Centre Defensive Midfielder: Rodrigo "Rodri" Cascante
Centre or Attacking Midfield: Florian Wirtz, Franco Mastantuono
Lastly Real Madrid must never offer a contract to these players for a RIGHT BACK position, that are inconsistent regardless of age, poor defensively, has disadvantage of height and strength (lacks muscles), proven already that unable to stop wingers/strikers in different leagues, injury-prone, has beyond 60 million euro's transfer-market value, and ageing 27 years old and above, and turning 27 years old and above on year 2027. We are referring to Darmian, Walker, Trippier, Di Lorenzo, Cancelo, Dumfries, Calabria, White, Mazraoui, Ryerson, Wan-Bissaka, Molina, Alexander-Arnold, Hakimi, Tomiyasu, Royal, Dalot, Porro, James, Boey, Frimpong, Couto, Livramento, Terracciano, Bradley, Sanchez, Lewis, Fresneda, Gray, & Lima.
Bellingham and Camavinga should often switch places
Young team superior potential but line breaking passes just became a massive hole. This young midfield is incredible and all can be box to box, but the passing will be incredibly missed. Modric can, sure, but he won’t start every game to do so.
I was skeptical initially after the drama leading up to his arrival but seeing him emerge out if the tunnel in the stadium presentation, and that emotion in his face… I believe he will gel with the team.
Craig is absolutely right about the loss of Toni Kroos, he's been the brain of the team for years, it's hard to quantify the loss or guess what the midfield is gonna look like
it took ronaldo 5 years to win his 1st UCL with real madrid
Real madrid was bad team those years
@@mr6ta24 they had kaka, ozil, higuain, di maria, ramos, pepe, benzema, khedira, marcelo, xabi alonso, cassillas...this was a good team
@@mr6ta24 Lol no they weren't bad, just that they were struggling to overcome sems frontier for 4 years back to back.
@@mr6ta24They were not bad, they were in construction. They used to play every year the UCL semis and they were facing a incredibly strong Barcelona
Well there was absolute prime Barca who since Neymar left hasn’t even reached a final. You had teams like Chelsea united Bayern Juve all power houses. Madrid at 14/15 was developing into the best team for cups. Which is why 16/17/18 they were unstoppable. Also when you hav Ronaldo who loves scoring UCL hat tricks in your team it’s easy to go through
For me the big question will be how Real Madrid does without Kroos. Will there be someone to take his place and role in the team? So far I don't think he is replaceable, as every player has his own style. Maybe someone DOES become the anchor, pass master and controller. Or maybe the team changes it's style and becomes a counter-attacking team, or plays a more dynamic attacking style. Who knows! It could turn out to be a difficult phase for them. Everyone's thinking Mbappe coming in will make the team even stronger, but they're not counting in that it will become weaker too with Kroos leaving.
You didnt watch COPA or EURO this summer then.
Collectively Valverde, Tchouameni, and Camavinga will replace him as a midfield team. They consistently showed a lot of Kroos-esque control and progressive passing.
Valverde was the best midfielder of COPA holding down Uruguay in every game. The midfield is secure
@@silverophelian877 I have watched all of those you mentioned, and being a RM fan I'm thrilled with the talent and form of this entire squad. They are all not even in their primes. But all I'm saying is, there was a reason Kroos started every game and how he was always involved behind the scenes. It remains to be seen how the midfield shapes up, if they need time to gel and devise a new system. Can the young ones play as well and impact the team as much as he did? Yes. I certainly hope so.
Madrid will feel Kroos departure. He is a very intelligent player. One of the most.
What we can do wait and see how it goes because I remember last season the same people said Benzema has left which means Madrid has become more weaker they won't win anything this season as a Real Madrid fan I couldn't watch my team play up until November when my friends told me about Bellingham
I wouldn’t be surprised if arda gets a place in that midfield
Expectation: Number 16
ESPN please leave Mbappé alone. Let him touch the ball first 😂
I’m expecting Mboppe will be more Hazard than CR7
Keep your bad luck to yourself bro
The expectation should be befitting a player that is paid the highest salary (and received big sign-on bonus) at the club even though he is the newest member of a team full of champions that have already won plenty without him.
For him to justify his compensation and all the drama that came with his transfer, there has to be a significant "value added" with his arrival. He can't be a Bale or James type of transfer--few bright moments, but not enough consistency over the years. He'll be crucified if he's another Hazard type of transfer. He will need to be a Cristiano/Benzema/Modric/Kroos type of a transfer to be labelled a success. Basically, he will need to elevate his game to be worthy of a club legend. That is the challenge for him. His talent suggests he is certainly capable of meeting the challenge. But what about his mentality? I have my doubts. Conversely, Bellingham (after only 1 season) has shown that he is fully capable of (and actually seems to enjoy) taking on the unique challenges of being a star at Real Madrid. Bellingham didn't go to Madrid to just be one-of-the-best of his era; he wants to be among the greatest-of-all-time. THAT is the sort of mentality Mbappe needs to have. If he wants to be considered the heir to Cristiano/Messi, then he needs to prove it.
His expectations depend on how high Cubarsi's pockets are 😂
Yeah like when he scored the 4 th goal against brockelona😂😂

Mbappe will do well at Madrid, he can create his own chances too with pace to burn. He will run in behind, and he will put the chances away they create for him too.

Better than Rigged trophies and awards like some fraud footballer
Real Madrid do not really need Mbappe sporting wise at all, the current team, with the quality they have in midfield and going forward is more than adequate. However, RM is also obsessed with milking whom ever to the last penny and realise they can gain millions in shirt sales alone from Mbappe, as well as many other income streams merely from having him under contract.
I am quite certain Mbappe's presence will come at the detriment of the progress of players such as Guler, Diaz, and Endrick, perhaps even Rodrygo too, even though he's more than earned his place in the team. It'll be interesting to see my predictions come true over the course of the season.
Bellingham is going straight in that central midfield role instead of camavinga, and tha attacking players will change throughout the season. Honestly Madrid plays so many games there will be no starting xi
Madrid needs a midfielder.
Not a peep about Enzo Fernandez today. Not surprised.
Good point. Check out Andy Goldstein's view, which he also quotes Tim Vickery on. At least they are not trying to sweep it under the carpet. Goldstein said they should sell him and take a hit on the transfer fee they paid. Funny how it was almost glorified during the world cup when they were singing the same stuff.

Yes we could replace CR9, Benzema, Ramos etc..
But how do you replace Toni Kroos?
YOU CANT!!
It would be like Man City trying to replace Rodri or Milan to replace Pirlo!
Toni Kroos was the conductor of the Real Madrid orchestra for a decade and the only possible replacement in current squad is Luka Modric.
Maybe its going to work this next season, but then what?
I don't think that's going to work either because Modric is very very far from his best years. For me the only option is to make Bellingham the playmaker. I think he has the skills.
Camavinga should become the long ball midfielder now.
Guler has more than anyone else that long-pass attribute of Kroos IMO
Expectations are: if they dont win the 6 cups in a single year and match bayern and barca, its 100% a failure.
I think the real question is how will they defend? Vini doesn't like to track back consistently and we all know Mbappe isn't going to do it. Unless they start dropping MSN lvls of goals they might run the risk of not outscoring the opponents if they start to struggle defensively
Vini and rodrygo are always helping defensively, Mbappe will do the same, nothing to asks.
Vini and Rodrygo always help out defensively. And when asked, Mbappe will also do it, no problem, he said so himself. These are non-issues.
Even better than MSN, they will drop Mourinho's Real Madrid 2012 levels of goals.
