    Dan, Outstanding.... I own a cross fit gym and have started sharing your mobility routines with my members with significant results...

      +Dan Pope dan the first exercise i cant even go anywhere near the floor. and when I do external rotation I get pain and can barely do them

    Hi Dan, thanks for the video. I'm having trouble with the exercise at the minute 5:05 in my bad shoulder. I'm not sure what is my problem but I have a lot of tension and I cannot raise my arms in that position. Can you recommend or give some advice, and maybe tell me if I have a problem of external rotation of the shoulder. I appreciate any advice, thanks again.

    Is it normal to feel sharp pain on shoulder when using the peanut? (either while rising arms overhead or placing hands behind the head)

    I TRYied the first step laydown thumb vs floor but my low back is !up like a big arc its possible problem in my short pecs ?

      Antonio Castañeda its a problem in every muscle he talked about. Pecs, lats, teres minor and maybe some engagement of middle and lower traps
