- The full autopsy report obtained by FOX31 on Monday said that Morphew’s skeletal remains and part of her clothing were submitted for examination. FOX31's Andrea Henderson spoke with legal and criminal experts about what this report could mean.

When will Barry be arrested? Its time for Justice !
Soon, Barry will be arrested . they are lining up all their ducks. Barry must get his affairs in order. Barry is going down. He killed his wife.
Because they have to finish the investigation so they can convict him at trial. Once he's arrested, the speedy trial statute takes effect, and the prosecution has to be ready to go to trial before that deadline expires. They don't arrest and charge until they can make the case in court.

Maybe she was about to use the courts to rob him of his assets and ruin his for an affair partner after he had been a faithful husband for decades. The daughters support him and she was likely using drugs when she was out cheating on her husband. I don’t know if they looked into the boyfriend yet
@@drowe2 The boyfriend was in a far away state and has been fully cleared by police. Just cause the daughters support him right now, doesn't mean he's innocent. Barry's story of that last night and morning with Suzanne have never lined up and she was not a "drug user" by all accounts. I'm sure the daughters are now realizing their father killed their mother on mother's day. Because her dying of animal tranquilizer does line up with his phone pings from that last day and the evidence found in the home.

@@l.a.3479 I have spent a lot of time in salida and moffat and where her body was found is fairly flat, however it is full of cacti, rocky grounds, thorny brush, and very rural. also, from where her bike was found and her body was found - there is a long, winding mountain pass of which she could not have walked or hiked over...these elements therefore support the manner of her death being homicide opposed to suicide, accidental, or natural...also be it that a tranquilizer gun/shell wasn't found with her. but yes I agree, it is funny how Barry AND the murderer both owned a tranquilizer gun 😏

I thought they dropped charges because Barry's truck never was in the vicinity of her buried remains. They have to solve this one, too.

If the darts he has match the chemical composition of Suzanne that can over come the broken gun. He might have disabled it after the fact or he might have just stabbed her with the dart.

Well, his attorney came out batting with this one when her remains were found. Of course, we rationalized that he probably had help transporting and burying her, meaning not in HIS truck. But this still has to be explained.
There's also, "...DNA on the glove compartment of Suzanne's car that partially matched an unknown male connected to three unsolved sexual assault cases in three different cities," which is another challenge for the State.

It’s not a lock but it’s a big step. They couldn’t even prove she was dead before. Now they know it was murder and they know it was with a weapon that Barry had and not a lot of hunters just have tranq darts either. The defense I’m sure will try to argue they do but they don’t.
The dna on the car is questionable to say the least. It’s not anything like a full profile and it might have come from anywhere. The most important thing is it is not a full profile it has some markers that the other dna has but it isn’t a match.
