Just bought one and hope I like it. This sounds somewhat promising. Just spilt alot of tomato juice on my area rug and all I had was some spray and sponge. This looks like it'll do a better job. Fingers c

I just got this cleaner in the mail,it came with the rubber pad. Didn't see a brush pad to put on?It did come with the brush pad on the other accessory tool.

Huh. If your missing the second brush pad I recommend contacting support to get a replacement

Huh that’s weird. My cleaner has the big brush and then the brush small brush you can switch out for the rubber piece. If they say there’s only one brush they must have updated it.

Just tried using mine for the first time and it spills at the bottom of the machine. It emptied the solution tank in seconds and now the carpet is all wet

Dirty water not going into tank

DOES NOT WORK- the water tank leaks from the bottom into the machine. Huge hazard- everyone asks why does it leak and nobody wants to make a video showing how to fix it so it’s obviously a company error
