Nigel you are absolutley correct. There are songs out there with far worse lyrics. Take the Cardi B song. I mean that one is just down right worse. Yeah, but this is bts and Jungkook! most of the time, they are classy and don't stoop that low. This is what sets them apart. Thier unique artistic lyrics. Yeah he is an adult and all that, but we are tired of hearing music about $ex, drug$s. I love the song but I am sure he can do better than this (he is the golden maknae). But he chose this so at the end of the day it's his choice.

You don’t know them personally and Jungkook as a solo artist obviously isn’t going to make the same music as when he’s with BTS and you can’t expect that from him and put him in this box of “golden maknae”. They never claimed that them not singing about this type of shit is what sets them apart, that’s what YOU claimed. people thinking jack is comparing the woman's body to a dead body... what? he's not saying that at all… you have to read it and the next line together: "When I seen that body, you would think it was a dead body, the way I told my boys, come look."
basically, jack saw a woman with a great body and got excited. when he called his friends over to show them, he was freaking out so much that they thought he was actually trying to tell them about something really crazy, like he found a dead body or something.
He's using two meanings of "body" as wordplay, i.e. "amazing figure" vs. "corpse" but no where does he say the woman is like a dead body.

TBH its just an excuse to hate on JK, its not abt Jack - they want JK to be a forever Bangtan baby which is crazy. We all know there's worse lyrics and songs. JK has said multiple times in interviews that he wants to be a POP STAR and tbh he's already there. He also said that his album will be in English so not sure why people talking about oh why isn't he making Korean songs, why are his lyrics so sexual - He has a direction and vision for his solo and he is trying to break away from that baby image- I'm sure as a 26yr old man he's tired of the babying. These so called Army hating on him everytime he does something thats different to BTS. Its disheartening to see how he seems to be getting so much hate for everything he does. JK is talented beyond words, vocals are always flawless and he's the total package. I'm glad he's doing what he wants to musically - ITS HIS SOLO ERA - we waited 10 years for his solo . I'm also glad that he is gaining a lot of non Army fans cos they appreciating him for him. And I think like you said these collabs are to get noticed by the general public - no one can dispute his talent but as you've said some of the world needs to catch up. Im sure he will have purely solo songs on his album, in fact 3D'S alternative version is a solo . So far he is breaking records and as Army I'm so proud of him. Also he mentioned that he wanted to bring back that 2000s nostalgia with this song , he said its music he used to listen to a lot and when he 1st joined BTS- hence its very JT / Usher vibes, including the suit and style of the video

Love the song. It's so catchy. I have no issues with the rap or anything. But, there is an alternate version of 3D which doesn't include the rap parts for those who don't like it (in case you didn't know). I downloaded all versions to support JK.
I love the song, it’s fun. Some are tripping just like they did with “Seven”, they were tripp’n because of Latto’s verse, and when she came out on stage while performing it. Mostly just complained about her outfit, then turned around and said that he was made to do this song because it’s in America, and he’s to good for them, all America likes is rancy music and he was degrading himself. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I brought up the fact that there was an explicit version to the song, and why only go after her and not both if that’s the case. But, they wouldn’t do that. Some have a problem with this grown man making music that he chooses to make, not understand that he is a grown man that can make his own decisions and has for a long time. I didn’t like Jacks verse the first time I heard it and it had nothing to do with what he was saying because as an American it takes a lot for me to be shocked lyric wise. It was the delivery. But after the second listen I haven’t stopped playing it. It wasn’t so out of pocket like some people are acting. It really ain’t that serious. Regardless, JK and Jack killed it. It’s a vibe. The choreography is great. Great beat to the song. After I listened to Tupac and N.W.A., Snoop Dogg, Jay Park, etc., I can listen to anything. (I think). ALL of N.W.A.'s songs were explicit! Jack Harlow didn't say anything that hasn't been said before in a song. Just different wording. HYBE has to agree to the song being performed by the two guys.
