Jamie did so good. He did some hectic tricks but didn’t rush into it. He did a couple gentlemen ones then a hard one. Fair game. Future generations pushing out the old dogs🔥🔥🔥 🔥
I liked this one but so many games are roshambo oriented and that was a game like that. I propose a little change on the rules, something like: after 3 successfull tricks by the beginner, they must pass the baton to another player. Like this, the first person keep a little advantage but it seems so much fair and balanced especially when the bag of trick of the skater is deep as jamie´s. (I’m french sorry for the formulation)
In the mini ramp version, Mano y Mano, the skaters alternate turns for offense regardless if the trick was landed or not. They also get 2 tries to land the trick.
Upvote this if you would like the Berrics to make all videos longer than just the actual game so that we can't tell who's won just from accidentally seeing how long the video is.
I don't get the haters. Except the the double dolphin all of these tricks were done by a pro. Like the heelflip body varial was done by luan against joslin, he even did a heelflip body varial revert, the biggerspin was done by severel times in berrics, double heel was also done by a pro, the last trick the impossible lateflip was introduced in berrics by Mike Mo. The difference is that Griffin can do all of them first try and in a line even down to stairs. Why people think that only the single kickflips, heelflips in different stances and 180, 360 variations are the real tricks? who says that? And really why do want to watch the same tricks over and over again for the 34535433. times.
The Berrics should really consider updating the rules to have offensive turnover after like 7 tricks. This would still give the first round offensive skater a chance to clean sweep the opponent if that's the goal but it would also mitigate the possibility of really great skaters essentially losing to a rock, paper, scissors battle. It also forces all the skaters to be more well rounded since they would likely be forced to do tricks of the opponent.
When are they going to stop with the rule reading every single time? I get it's sort of a ceremony or whatever but we don't care.. just read them the rules and then start the video and show the rock paper scissors and then the game
Just remember, He's gotta face 2 more consistent monsters. Zach and then Luan. If he can beat both of them, then I'd say his chances are extremely high. His biggest obstacle would be Luan though (aside from Sewa).
If Luan or Joslin get to set they have a chance at getting Jaime with a bunch of Nollie and 360 variations but other than that I don't see anyone beating him

Jamie kind of did kooky tricks that he knew Sewa didn't think to practice but I don't think Sewa cares because he's such a humble dude
lol as if. For sure if you saw prod do a double forward flip that clean you would just think it was because he's a good skater.
Jamie just has a kooky reputation. It's not like he did 10 weird pressure flip variants
@@kingraptor11 lmao idk the body varial was kooky to me 🤣
Jamie did so good. He did some hectic tricks but didn’t rush into it. He did a couple gentlemen ones then a hard one. Fair game. Future generations pushing out the old dogs🔥🔥🔥 🔥
that was anything but a gentleman's games and you're dusted if you think it was
@@feral5404? He won fair and square.
@@feral5404 you're so lost
Imagine Jamie actually losing the roshambo in a game for once and just having his opponent set switch tricks
incredible consistency, wow!!!!
Sewa got skunked !? 🤯 I had to pinch myself twice, I thought I was dreaming
It takes everything in me to not read the comments first before watching the whole match through 😭
"Is Jamie going to win this entire thing?" is the first thought I had when he did the impossible . He just has the calmness that I think is unmatched.
Kinda like cody cepeda in batb 7
@@deluxe.breakfastCody Cepeda was insane. I can't remember but I think he did a switch laser flip or a switch 540 laser flip
Just dropping the Sewa Kichflip timestamp.....amazing!
1:27
I liked this one but so many games are roshambo oriented and that was a game like that. I propose a little change on the rules, something like: after 3 successfull tricks by the beginner, they must pass the baton to another player. Like this, the first person keep a little advantage but it seems so much fair and balanced especially when the bag of trick of the skater is deep as jamie´s. (I’m french sorry for the formulation)
In the mini ramp version, Mano y Mano, the skaters alternate turns for offense regardless if the trick was landed or not. They also get 2 tries to land the trick.
@@normanl.6891Two tries only on the last letter.
Why? It's SKATE. It's trick for trick.
Sewa's fakie bigspin was the snappiest fakie bigspin I've ever laid eyes on. So quick, perfect catch. Truly a treat to see a trick done so well
Upvote this if you would like the Berrics to make all videos longer than just the actual game so that we can't tell who's won just from accidentally seeing how long the video is.
Y’all gotta understand !! Jaime is one of the great already and he’s young! He’s next up. Reason why he won last year 🙌🏽
I don't get the haters.
Game starts at @1:24
When are they going to stop with the rule reading every single time? I get it's sort of a ceremony or whatever but we don't care.. just read them the rules and then start the video and show the rock paper scissors and then the game
Probably be most ruthless game of skate I’ve ever seen. It was like watching a house cat fight a lion. Sewa didn’t even have a chance of survival.
I think we all know whos gonna win BATB13😂
Just remember, He's gotta face 2 more consistent monsters. Zach and then Luan. If he can beat both of them, then I'd say his chances are extremely high. His biggest obstacle would be Luan though (aside from Sewa).
I think it's going to be a repeat of last year for who gets it.
Jamie vs Tyler round 2 for sure
@@mSierraEngineer luan could do some clean 360s that jamie might not be able to do. depends on if the judge let jamie pivot the 360s or not
He beats zach ...powell team manager let it slip weeks ago on his channel
If Luan or Joslin get to set they have a chance at getting Jaime with a bunch of Nollie and 360 variations but other than that I don't see anyone beating him
So the Dolphin double flip never got anyone any letter right ? all were matched ?
sewa is one of the top flatground heads his stuff is usually popped soo high and flicks are usually perfect but seeing sewa get skunked has me in shock! this really was a big win on jamies end. jamie came in for the throat with the impossible late flip
jesus, Jamie didn't drop a single trick, not even a do-over and took down a former champ, what a monster
I love that Jamie doesn’t mess around with all the “basic” routine tricks. Get straight to the point and save everyone’s time and energy and just deliver a beat down of tricks people struggle heavily with if they even know them at all
never in my life did i think i would witness sewa kroetkov get SKUNKED at batb, i dont think anyone but jamie could have pulled it off tbh
Luan, my favorite, is going to be meeting Jamie soon (if they win). Damn cant wait but also very scary Jamie looking like flat ground’s Magnus Carlsen
that fakie front bigspin by sewa was just nuts ❤
Who knows what would have happened if Sewa would have won the roshambo. Great game
Same result
@@mccleandazza4618 Tons of late flips
Would've been a longer battle but I agree, result would've most likely been the same. M'dude was throwing death blows from the start.
it would have been an actual gentleman's game, and build up to those circus tricks.
Anyone on here making negative responses about Jamie and his speed/trick selection better get their mf minds right and refer back to the Leo Romero game of this season…..we’ve had the privilege of watching a handful of thrasher SOTY winners give their best at this contest/fall short on multiple categories that would usually qualify a skater to be champion-worthy…..and that’s just the way it is. Yeah you can be the guy that over-critiques flat ground hahaha but then why are you watching these if that’s the case? Fact of the matter is this….Jamie just made play out of one of the best flat ground skaters in the world. Sewa is a precious champ and a downright juggernaut at flat ground/technical skating…and yet he never got a turn.
Wow Jamie absolutely annihilated SEWA. And Sewa is a fuckin goat.. jesus christ Jamie, what a show of dominance
Man… Jamie makes the All stars like Sewa look like no competition. It’s like Girin from Dragon Ball Z coming into the scene and destroying Vegeta with a flick of his finger. All these OG All stars are no match now.
I have Jamie for the whole thing, but watching Sewa skate is the highlight of tourney so far.
Sewa's style was off the charts but style doesn't win competitions and Jamie's bag of tricks is armageddon waiting to happen 🤯
Sewa came through as gentleman, such a respectful opponent. He simply wasn't on the top of his game that day.
That is not an 'Impossible late flip'. An Impossible late flip is a full Impossible with a late kickflip executed after completing an Impossible.
The fs halfcab label always irks me too lol
Jamie is in his own league, he proved that in BATB12 and here as well against Sewa. I wish there were more skaters on his level!
Jamie is wild but im sorry sewa is the steeziest in skateboarding
I know Jamie is insane and all, but I think Sewa didn't even come to play. He just wanted to do his favor for the berrics and bounce.
Jamie is on a whole different level
Me hyped to see this battle😁
Me after seeing how long the vid is 😯😨😳
Insane. Jamie is still so young too, so he's only gonna keep getting better and better.
Jamie Griffin skating in round 1 and switching variations of tricks to executing a pressure kickflip on the board and a classic 360 flip
Bot
@@StationaryRocketFlipChampionI am not a bot stop it!
i wanna see zach doelling run the fundamentals down jamie, thatll be a long game
To have those tricks on lock is one thing.. But to do them so effortlessly is insane!!
Sewa matching the Forward Double on Defense was sick. Shame this match up had to happen so early on.
Thats what Giger wanted to do.
I know everyone is beatable, but I haven't seen anyone come close to taking jamie griffin down yet. Unreal.
