    • @Peksisarvinen
      @Peksisarvinen Год назад +15

      I've been saying this for years. Ollie and nollie, fair enough, they look distinct and have a distinct air to them. But switch and fakie are just completely pointless. Skaters today are so good that kickflip and switch flip look like the exact same trick, and the only way you'll be able to tell which one it was is if you know the skater's preferred stance.

    • @brandonritchie106
      @brandonritchie106 Год назад +9

      I disagree other than PRod, and a select few others, I can tell if it’s switch or regular, the shoulders usually tend to be closed when people skate switch, besides Prod who opens his switch, but still I can tell because I know Prod is goofy, you learn somebody’s stance real fast after seeing them skate a few times

      @Unseen.Warfare Год назад +3

      @@gagethompson8943 I grew up with a kid who had them on lock. Once you learn that trick and get it on lock it’s like any other. Had another friend who had forward flips and pressure flips on lock the same way. My buddy who passed won an the amateur Es game of skate when he was like 16. Joey amero. Brian peacock and him have a similar style. He never tried to copy that style either, it was just how he skated haha. Miss that dude. Anyways, yea difficulty varies and some people are so talented that the very technical and complex tricks come very easy to them. I seen my friend do the most unreal tricks first try sometimes and it would be like it was nothing to him. Some people have a real gift. It’s unexplainable. Most of these tricks aren’t attainable to the average human being haha.

    Was so emotional watching this on the night, I'm a big Jamie fan and it may have got a bit misty in the room when he took the title. Well done Jamie, keep doing your thing I see big things in your future!

    • @snowyrox3331
      @snowyrox3331 Год назад +7

      @rusty firstly dude, you gotta define what a "legit sponsor" is. And what's your point? a lot of pros don't skate transition or do handrails. There's a crap load of pros who only do gaps, ledges and flatground. Also you said he "hasn't shown that he can do a ton of tech ledge tricks?" BRUH! his tech ledge game is unreal...dude's done a fs smith dolphin double flip out. Kickflip noseslide nollie backfoot impossible out. It goes on...You gotta actually watch these dudes before talking down about them.

    Merecida victoria de Jamie, tiene una imaginación con su tabla, una fuerza y técnica con sus piernas, que le han llevado a ganar esta batalla y todas las anteriores. Tyler merecido segundo puesto. Paul Rodriguez ojala hubiera estado allí, alomejor otra cosa habría pasado. ¿Qué buen campeonato!
    Deserved victory for Jamie, he has an imagination with his board, strength and technique with his legs, which have led him to win this battle and all the previous ones. Tyler deserved second place. Paul Rodriguez I wish I had been there, maybe something else would have happened. What a good championship!
