I suggest you make a mould that will lessen the burden of leaving huge chunks of off cuts. I know you can rebatch your off cuts but the chunks are huge. Redesign a mould that will leave less off cuts.

you have unnecessarily lengthened your video. you are basically doing 3 operations.
(1) Block cutting to slab.
(2)slab cutting to jumbo bars
(3) Rolling monogram impressions on the jumbo bars.
next operation would be (4) cutting jumbo bars into personal bars.
For this operations to demonstrate you need at the most a 8 min video.
