Where have Prime Campers gone, and why no notification to any existing customers on how their existing warranties will be honoured?

Great review, where is your showroom to have a look? Do you attend the major shows in Melbourne? One other question, is there an option for a diesel heater or is it standard? Cheers

Hi No one mentioned the chassis and I can find no information on its website. Is it hot dipped galvanised?

It’s double dipped hot galvanised chassis, 150x50x4mm RHS, 460Mpa steel.

Can you confirm that with the sale to JB Caravans that they will not honour existing warranties?

No one seems to have heard anything at all from Prime about how our existing warranties will be honoured

One of the reviewers says he would take it on the Gibb River road, the other says it is not a "gunshot trailer" but is suitable for gravel roads and eg the Tanami. I take from that that the older reviewer thinks it is a heavy duty off road trailer, and the younger guy thinks it's light off road capable, but not more. I am confused about its capabilities off road. What sort of offroad use is it designed for?

The Offroad is Offroad. However tracks like Gun Shot is not suitable for any RV that over certain length. Simply put - if there is a sign at the entrance of a national park saying not suitable for RV combined length over 13m, then regardless of the Offroad ability, the turning circle will make any RV unsuitable for that national park. Hope it helps.
