I used to know two different people who experienced death at the result of a car accident, one of them lost her dad in an accident, and the other accidentally killed someone (it wasn't their fault, the person who died rode their bike at night without safety/high visibility gear, and crossed the road out of nowhere). These experiences permanently negatively affected the rest of their lives!
He's absolutely right that someone could have died, should be the main focus here(!), not just for the sake of potential victims, but also for Justin's sake! Seeing how badly these events affected the people I used to know, actually made me more mindful and respectful around the importance of road safety! You 100% don't want to be the victim, family member/friend or driver in a situation like this!!!

I have to say one thing, I was several miles away from the establishment in the next town over from my home when I was pulled over (crossing the line) for a dui .081 almost 5 years ago this August and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I have quit drinking completely. I drank socially here and there but drinking alcohol is not worth it. Drinking alcohol and getting behind the wheel after one, two is too many. Hopefully he can get some help. My life is much better now without alcohol in it. ❤

I hate celebrity gossip & have no clue why I even clicked on this video but two things. First, sad how tiktok conspiracy land nonsense is now in mainstream news. Secondly, why are we even discussing this? If Timberlake just took a breathalyzer test, he would of been let go without any issues.
I grew up on Long Island and that part of Long Island is literally a different world. It's filled *mostly* with super rich snobs that look down on your average hard working person. Because they spend so much money on taxes for living in that area and donating to the village to keep the riffraff out (poor people). They ultimately feel entitled to be above the law. However, we should never jump to conclusions until all the evidence has surfaced. The body cam footage of this officer should be able to confirm what exactly happened.

My 21 year old cousin pulled over to help a woman change a flat tire, as he was pulling the tire off of her car he was hit by a drunk driver and flew over 40 ft… and became a paraplegic!! This is not a joke. He is in his 40s and should have made arrangements to have a designated driver. There is a reason it is ILLEGAL to drink and drive!!!

You can refuse the field sobriety test which is subjective. But if you refuse a breathalyzer you automatically get a 1 year suspension of driving privileges.

Of course this was wrong, and there should be consequences, however this is ridiculous that he is getting so much hate. I can open my newspaper, go to the ‘news of record’ section and see a list of people who have been pulled over for dui’s. You don’t see them on national news.

Most people who are stopped for DWI say they only had one or two drinks; people lie about that all the time. And who knows how many drinks he had before he went to the hotel Bar. So, just because the bartender says he only had one drink at the bar means very little. If the bartender has a reason to lie, the hotel can be found if it serves people who are knowingly intoxicated. If he only had one drink, why didn't he want a test if he only had one drink?
