I would absolutely love to see more daily meal plans for maximum weight loss, tips and tricks for getting back on track and general WFPB inspo. Having said that, I’m also super keen to see more on your new place, build etc. I do think that it’s important to stay true to the core message of weight loss/maintenance as it’s why so many of us who have been here for many years started following you in the first place. I still just love everything you do.

I am so glad you did this Hannah, I loved those videos. I did quit the monthly menu after 6 months (moved home and mom was in charge of cooking), but I did lose 25 pounds nearly. But I need to lose more and recenlty moved out so I am able tomake my own food! and loved watching your cooking meal prep videos, they helped me so much! So glad you brought this back in a newly organized way!
Hannah, you and Derek must consider a visit to the Princeville Farmers Market. It was only open on Saturdays when I was there but I recall some really exotic fruit and veg.

Getting to open a jackfruit like that that grows in your home country and can be eaten immediately is really special. Then it gets put in cans and shipped here to Ireland! Amazing. Delicious canned but maybe I’ll get to have it fresh some day xox

I'd love to see your take on topping tostadas. Also, how you store/reheat vegan cheese sauce - it gets gloppy/thick after i refrigerate mine and it weirds me out.
If your soursop juice is too thick, thin it with some coconut water. Really good. Also, Dan McDonald posted a video the other day about getting the seeds out easier by blending it briefly on low or pulse and then straining it or something. I can't remember exactly. He posts a lot of videos so I need to go back and find that one.

You have access to Champedak? That's unavailable in most Tropical countries, only specific islands have that. Your place is not a common architecture in Central or South America or anywhere in Asia. That's very specific, and with Lei Flowers on the furniture? Yep that's the Alohai Island!

I’m in Miami, Florida and we have soursop down here. It’s supposed to be eaten very soft. Also you probably should have blended it instead of juicing. Farmer stands down here do blended soursop shakes.

Yea commerce in the tropics is like laid back. I lived there many years. They don't appreciate the art of the hustle, but meanwhile they are not wealthy! They are just happy getting by with the basics. So, you can get free jack fruit, awesome!

I think if you have good blood sugar, yes. Adding in veggies to it though can help SO much and make them really filling.

How do you like the nama 2 juicer? I hear it’s one of the best juicers on the market but it’s like $500 😆
It is 100% the best juicer ive had. You can put so much produce in the top and you dont even have to cut it up. I put whole apples in it 🤣 its expensive but totally worth it ive had mine over a year now. I make juice almost everyday because its so easy

breakfast is sometimes a smoothie, you could definitely keep it SUPER simple and do a juice or smoothie for breakfast and lunch and just prep the dinners. They are all HCLF cooked dinners.

yes its a totally different course from the EMWL course. They go well together. EMWL teaches you what to do and how to understand the basics , in the Guided meal plan we are actually putting it into practice and doing it together :)

Bubba unfortunately passed away last year around this time. We weren't able to find a rental that allowed dogs so Dewie is staying with my best friend and neighbor in Arizona until we can bring him over :)
