Thank you so much. I have been scratching my head why my engine idled roughly for a year now, from vacuum leak, burned valve, ignition cables, distributor. I’ve tried everything and nothing seemed to help the rough idle and running. Then I got a tip to just disconnect and plug all vacuum and start adding one by one. Found out the EGR was the fault. Tracing the vacuum lines, I couldn’t figure out how they operated either, but this video finally explained it. I now know what to do with my EGR to finally get the car running properly. I do have an added back pressure valve which I still need to figure out, because hooking up vacuum it doesn’t seem to do anything, actually it’s not holding any vacuum, so if you might know how that thing works, I’d be glad to know too.
