Hi, i've been thinking about getting an F30 330e but i couldnt find one answer to my question, being: How much km of range do you get with a full tank and fully charged battery? Let's say i want to go as far as i can on a full tank and battery at a speed of 120kmh, what range would i get? thanks again and nice video
@@starfarmer716 the electric motor is only 20 miles. But it only takes 5 hours to charge fully from a normal plug point in your house. Costs like a pound. I’d just drive it as a hybrid not as solely electric. The price for them is great might get one or the 530e
I have a question an i would like someone on here to give me a answer please,my question question is why the 328i gets more ratings an have more people tlk about it than the 330i??isn’t the 330 more powerful r is the 328i is more powerful ???
Thinking of trading my 1.6tdi Passat in for one of these. I have a 22k motorway commute to work, with charging point at work. What do you reckon? Worth it?
It's a much sportier car than a Passat, and you will surely get better fuel economy if you charge it at both sides of the journey. I have a similar commute and now own a 2016 Golf GTE. Not as sporty, but more practical, cheaper to own and MUCH better fuel economy and electric range (up to 50km).
@@simoncampion4560 I could have bought this car, and decided not to, as I am a nerd when it comes to fuel economy. You get between 15 and 20kms of electric range. On petrol, it is a thirsty, though satisfyingly powerful 2.0 petrol. If power is important to you, the sacrifice is worth it. I found the car very, very fun to drive and also nice to be in.
@@FalertTheDim between repayments and diesel i am paying 450ish a month for the car the rapyments on the 330e would be higher but if I can get better economy out of the hybrid I would change 🤔. I have looked at the GTE but don't want to go smaller, and Passat GTEs are very hard to find without crazy milliage.
@@simoncampion4560 Well if your commute is literally 20km each way, and you don't tend to go for 150km drives (as I find myself doing more frequently than I would expect), you would definitely save money. But the long drives, they will cost you a bit more than you are paying currently with your diesel Passat. But of course, this isn't just about the fuel economy. A beamer is a nice car, no two ways about it. Though the 3 series is smaller than a Passat. If it is just to save money, the 330e is probably not the right car. I don't reckon you would save too much on fuel, especially if the repayments are dearer. If it is because you love the look and feel of the car, well that is a different thing.

I just bought one of these thanks for the review 🙌🏻

@@camerondavies8442 ok thanks
@@camerondavies8442 I’ve got one, the time to charge is closer to 3-4 hours for me. 22miles of range.
How many kilometers does it makes with combine use ?
how much fuel does it use on long motorway cruises?
On those drives I was getting between 6 and 7l / 100km. Not bad, not great.
All good just one complaint. Don’t accelerate like that with the engine cold.
8.20 The engine is at 90 degrees Celsius. The engine is warm 😌
Is is reliable (2017 330e) to buy in 2023 and use it for next five years? Timing belt? Any other reliability or maintenance issue/item to worry about?

does it have a 3 pin plug, that can plug into my house?
It does! You can use a standard electric car charging point or a standard household plug socket. The car I had was supplied with both cables.

@@FalertTheDim yeah definitely sportier. No questions about that. But i'm concerned about the fuel usage 😅.
