I am so glad I found your videos I never ever thought I could ever make anything like your appliques. your instructions and very clear and watching your step by step videos makes it easier for me. I have made 2 different colours of your tractors and I cant believe I actually made them. I am making a square granny square blanket and hoping to fill each square with different appliques. thank you so much for sharing.
I cant believe I did it. I followed your step by step instruction and made this motorbike. I cannot believe it took me about 4 hours with stitching. but I am very happy I am one step closer to finishing my blanket appliques. thank you again. four down many to go
I used Kerri’s instructions to make a playmat from a friend’s baby. It had a dog, owl, jumping frog, ducks, bird, flowers, bee….the baby was absolutely fascinated with it.
Fantastic! This motorcycle is such an up to date Applique ! I know of many motorcycle Enthusiasts 🏍 Mostly Harley Davidson, Adults and young boys really like Motor sports and I can create many CROCHET items to place this motorcycle Applique on! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR CREATING THIS PATTERN KERI,,
Thank you Lori, I'm glad it was helpful for you. That was one of the reasons I started designing the appliques, that I couldn't find enough patterns for gifts for boys.
Thank you so much for sharing your video. I was able to follow along without any issues, and very pleased with the final result. Your video was easy to follow with good video quality.

Hi Kerri, Thank you so much for showing us this tutorial; I'm going to give it a try. Question: did you use color thread to attach the parts? Do you have a tutorial showing the actual process of sewing down the parts? Can you please explain? Thank you in advance
Hi Cynthia, I don’t have a tutorial for stitching it together, there are close up photos of each step on my website, the link is in the description under the video. I use 2 strands of sewing thread the same colour as the piece I’m stitching on. I have very arthritic hands so find it too difficult to stitch them together while filming.
This is great!!! Thank you for the idea. But I want to ask something. I just finish the first step, and I cannot understand how to cut the rest of yarn. I think that if i cut it with scissors, it will be a mistake. Right?
Once you finish the wheel you cut the yarn with scissors and pull the end of the yarn through the loop of your last stitch and pull it tight to finish off. Then you weave in the left over yarn (the ends) on the wrong side of your work so it can’t be seen. There is a lot of weaving in ends when working appliqués. I hope this helps.
There's step by step instructions on my the written pattern at kerriscrochet.com/crochet-motorbike-pattern/ if you are having problems with the tutorial.

Well done. I find the weaving in ends and stitching them together takes longer than the crocheting.

That sounds lovely Sofia. I've had quite a few make the mats, they're great for people with dementia and autism as well.
This will make a great Father's Day present for my Dad. Thank you so much.

The first step, i mean two wheels with Gray yarn!

Then you weave in the left over yarn (the ends) on the wrong side of your work so it can’t be seen. There is a lot of weaving in ends when working appliqués. I hope this helps.

How did you attach the bike parts....if you showed it for single part also it willl be useful for me....
There's step by step instructions on my the written pattern at kerriscrochet.com/crochet-motorbike-pattern/ if you are having problems with the tutorial.
I did what it said but I didn’t turn out how you did it
Do you know how to make a giant one? I’d like it for my boyfriend’s blanket I’m making him.
You could use really thick yarn or double the amount of stitches.

Hello Sukaina, unfortunately with copyright laws I'm not able to make peppa pig.
Прекрасные работы, с удовольствием вяжу для своих деток, вы бы не могли связать аппликацию аиста с ребёнком. Заранее спасибо.
