Ingredients:
Vegetables:
2 Green Peppers
2 Yellow Peppers
2 Red Peppers
Stuffing:
500g Beef/Lamb Mince
1 Cup Rice
1/3 Cup Dill (chopped)
1/3 Cup Flat leaf Parsley (chopped)
1/4 Cup Passata
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Sudanese Spice Mix
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Salt
Sauce:
2 Cubes Chicken Stock
400ml Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Passata
1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
2 Tbsp Sudanese Spice Mix
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Pinch Salt
Frying Peppers:
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

Yea man coming to Canada i lost my ways true to say because a true Sudanese house would smell like this, and i would be in a middle eastern store looking to buy ingredients to make Kisra, mula vaca, and kudra.
im a snap out of it and do a long three hour back home meal for old time sake
