I’ve just had the first weekend and 16 pizza. First batch was with wood. The second kit was with gas. Awesome product. I am trying to free myself from Take aways. Al’s kitchen for BIR Curries (nit had a Indian take away for over a year) and now screw domino’s. My Roccbox is ace

How is your experience with your pizza oven so far and what are your recommendations since you first used it?

I just got my Roccbox. I used it for the first time yesterday. I let it warm up for 45 minutes. I find it to be running a little on the hot side. It's cooking the pizza so fast the toppings aren't even cooking well. On the last pizza I turned it off while I made the next one then restarted. That worked out a little better.

@@empeg9000 45 minutes is to much for warming it. You just have to make sure your stone is reading around 400 degrees plus here is the trick. When your ready to launch your pizza always turn down the heat (flame to its lowest setting and you should be fine and when your pizza is cooked turn back the heat to its maximum to get back to its temperature for the next pizza. Also make sure all your ingredients are room temperature at least 30 minutes to an hour out of the fridge before cooking. I love my Gozney.🤝
