Thanks for the video, had mine for a couple of months. After each cook I use one of those screw on brooms to "dislodge" the soot and then a leaf blower just blows it away, also cleans any leftover bits/flour from the inside as well. That way its clean every time I put it away. Hoping I keep up this routine and don't get lazy over time. Glad to see yours is still good after 4 years, amazing unit, hasn't changed much in that time, they got it right from the hop. Thanks again.
Hi thanks for taking the time to comment, it’s always appreciated and lovely to hear. Completely agree with you on the Roccbox, it’s the sign of a good design that they haven’t had to bring out further versions of the Roccbox. Just in my opinion it’s Gozney’s original and best home pizza oven. Please consider subscribing to our channel if you haven’t done so already. All the best Mat
Hi Juan. Firstly thank you for taking the time to watch our video and for your comment. The Roccbox is a fantastic product that has given me and my family so much pleasure. I wanted to cut through the hype as you say and show the Roccbox in it true colours. I’m not a paid associate, I’m just an ordinary person with my son who enjoys cooking pizza. And I’m glad that this video did it for you. They are a little more expensive than some of the other small pizza ovens, but it has truly lasted and shown its durability. I hope that you get everything and more when you get your Roccbox. If at all possible please consider subscribing, as we make lots of pizza using the Roccbox. Once again thank you for reaching out All the best Mat & Oliver
Thanks. We use the Roccbox all the time, so far we have resisted the urge to go with another Gozney oven. Please consider subscribing as we cook loads of pizza using different flours from around the world. All the bast Mat
Same story here, mines been absolutely golden for 3 years, dont see that changing any time soon. Also user Barkeepers friend, good stuff for cleaning it up.
Hi mark. Thanks for the question always a pleasure to talk to subscribers. The silicone outer gets quite hot in places like above where the burner is. In other parts it’s like a very hot radiator. The good design of the Roccbox means that if you catch yourself on the silicone outer you wouldn’t badly burn yourself, like if it was sheet metal. The underneath doesn’t get too hot but the front plate definitely does. Hope this covers it off for you. Thanks Mat
Hi Eric thanks for your question. You can do a 12 inch pizza in this. But in my videos my personal preference is 10 inch as it’s easier to handle and looks better on the videos. If your going down the 10inch 230g of dough. 12 inch you need another 30 to 40 grams Hope this covers you question, please consider subscribing Thanks Mat and Oliver
Hi thanks for your question. To be totally honest I just leave the oven on for 15 minutes after my last pizza. This just about gets the front clean. But it’s still slightly stained even after this, in my opinion it’s no big issue and it adds to the look of a well used and loved oven.

Dude, I just received my Roccbox. I've watched WAY TOO MANY videos about this. You nailed it..even based on my limited experience.
Thanks. We use the Roccbox all the time, so far we have resisted the urge to go with another Gozney oven.

It is good stuff. It was £500 when I got it and worth every penny
Wow. This is amazingly useful. Thank you!
Thank you for your lovely comment.
The Roccbox has been a fantastic servant to me and still continues to be so, despite all the hype about the Arc.
Does the outside and the bottom get very hot, so you can't to touch? I'm thinking if I need some heat insulation underneath the oven. Thanks :)

You should place a towel on the stone whilst cleaning 👍
Thanks.

How do you clean the stone, particularly at the front where the dirt doesn't get burnt off?
