Btw, what do you think about canned Pizza sauce by Mutti? Could You pass thru recipe of Roman chicken in roman clay cooker? I am (by default) using Grana Padano instead of Parmigiano. What do you think about Grana Padano vs Parmigiano?

I have exactly this oven. I’m no Pizza chief either, but with a cold fermented, high hydration dough made from conventional King Arthur bread flour, my results have been better than anything I could have expected. It’s become as much a part of summer as our grill. This video is an excellent tutorial.

Interesting, as I've tried 00 flour and always had better luck with King Arthur bread flour. Edges raise much better.

I bought this oven one month ago. The oven is very unforgiven. Your mistakes will burn! So after a few unplanned calzones it starts to really shape up. Well now I'm totally hooked and I eat good napolitan style pizzas two times a day 5-6 days a week now. And they just keep getting better. I can highly recommend that you buy a turning peel to. And a gym card. Good luck!
Like all ovens, the first few times you have to experiment, it is almost 90% certain that you will not get the right result!
I also have tried a few times, and as you can see in the video now my pizzas are perfect!

When I was researching which pizza oven to buy, all the forums said this is the best for a portable oven. It's what all the caterers use. I hesitated because of the price. But, I thought it will last a long time. Once I bought it and used it, I never regretted the purchase. The only problem is now, I can't eat take away or frozen pizza anymore.
I totally agree! Ever since I started making homemade pizza, I didn't want to go for take away foods or frozen pizza anymore. Welcome to the club! 🥂

I just got mine last week! Amazing so far. Do you clean with the brush on the stone in between each pizza or only at the end after you are done
Yes I do, it is really important to remove any flour from the bottom of the stone!

Yes, correct! It is certainly better to use it outdoors!

I believe you can. You just need to lower the temperature. More the bbq I would say bake. How are you and family Frank?
@@vincenzosplate - Things are going bad. Mom has dimentia and fell coming out of the shower two weeks ago, although she was being helped. Broke her hip, rushed to the hospital and got surgery. Mild case of covid in rehab. I start a new job on Monday. The only good news I have so far. Sorry, but you asked. Hope you are well.
