Same here after a long journey finally diagnosed today with VTOS. Very scared indeed as seems i have alot of issues from this left so long. And have autonomic dysfunction. Hoping surgery will give me life back

I was just diagnosed with VTOS, I am very scared. I’m in a lot of pain in my arm, hand, chest. I have veins that have come to the surface. I don’t have any blood clots yet. I still have not seen a vascular surgeon. Will I need surgery how long do I have before something bad happens? It’s on both sides but my left side hurts the most.
