Josh having not had siblings....probably didn't get to learn that line. It was terrible but not malicious. He is very sorry and I am happy to see Tracey's loyalty and love was bigger than an unforgiving heart. The best lessons hurt the most to learn. Self awareness is everything.

I don't think Josh F had a chance to be a child because he was around his grandmother and grown-ups a lot, but he has a bad mouth when he says some things and to talk to her daughter like that he is so messy and Andrew is his boy not his partner.
Oh Heather. One-stop-shopping is "unheard of"??? I worked for developers/builders around 2000-2008 and that is exactly what we had - a "one stop shop". 24 years ago.
Andrew looks so much cuter without the big bouffant ..I have a friend like Flag, super wealthy and arrogant on the surface but also super kind and vulnerable once you scratch the surface. I worry about the two Josh guys because I think they are missing out on life a bit..yes it must be nice to be rich and drive around in Rolls Royce cars, but my my happiest memories were being poor and in a tiny flat with nothing apart from someone I loved
I have a different perspective. Yeah, Josh was wrong, but why did Tracy face time her daughter on the way to the dinner? Why didnt she face time her privately at the house when she was getting ready. There were too many variables. You cant control other peoples behavior. Where I fault Tracy is this was a very big night and she needed to be professional for the clients. She and Josh created alot of drama and ruined the night for everyone. It was just embarrassing for all of them........not cool. If I was those investors watching the show back I would fired them.
Tracy screaming the f word in the restaurant embarrassed Douglas Elliman. She was their to represent in professional setting.....She came off just as bad as Flagg....all should have been handled off camera....ridiculous.
What is with these people on Bravo coming for people’s children as of late? First Jacqueline goes after Teresa’s daughter, Erika goes after Jax and then Kyle, Dorit and both their husbands take a swipe at said minor, then this. They’ve got to get it together.

This guy is not very emotionally stable, it was a work event and he apologized. She took it to the next level. Her daughter will be fine and probably even say something if it affects her. At some point, Tracy has to be the bigger person and move on, not ruin dinner for everyone.

How do these people make any money when they act like that in front of clients?
I like this episode because I see a Flagg as I always imagined him, superb, and how I had never seen him in bed, undressed and wearing hotel pajamas, everything matches what I have always seen behind him, everything 🤫.
I watched the show from the first time Flagg and Tracy started hanging out. Josh lived four doors down from her. Then she gave him her gate code and later said it was the worse thing she could have ever done because he started showing up at her house unexpectedly. And she didn't like that.He befriended her. But she never really wanted him as a friend. She would always make little comments about him when he would come around. She's just been tolerating him. She's really been a fake friend all of this time.

I give Flagg some room (pun?) because we all know he was born with a silver spoon...I believe also an only child?...and nothing against his parents at all, but he was never taught nor adhered to common courtesy; I've watched since the first episode, he's always had a nasty, irresponsible streak in him, all the way back to Chad, whom I'm convinced he chased off the show (and I liked Chad). Because Flagg is so spoiled, I had a long-time low-level hate for the guy, but warmed up to him once I realized that his sheltered life kinda made him what he is. And overall, he's a decent guy. Altman is terrific, has been for most of his stay on the show (except the earliest days when he was trying to prove that he could be as much a douche as anyone. He grew out of it). And the relationship between the two Josh's is what keeps me coming back. I'm glad the two English guys are gone, I detested one of them (the shorter one who F-bombs every other word) and I've had enough of Fredrik for a while. I'm pretty sure Tracy is actually a man...and I'll leave it at that. Not a fan.
