    Just a handy tip - instead of leaving them for an hour to harden you can just put them in the freezer for about 15 mins and that should do it :)

    Great cake. I've been asked to make a lego London bus cake so I've got my lego mould for the top (I'll just score the sides) but you mentioned Tylose Powder. Is it necessary? How much difference does it make? Thanks

      Thank you:) The fondant is too soft to use in the mold and will take a long time to harden without using tylose powder. If you add tylose powder to your fondant it is similar to gum paste and will harden much quicker. Try and put the mold for 5 minutes in the fridge before taking the blocks out.
