Our government is about to be privatized. And if you want to know how that is going to turn out, look at some of the cities that tried that, especially in the early 2000’s. None of the cities that tried that are doing it currently. Business is not the same as government. Government does not make a profit, at best you want to break even. Business wants to make a profit, and if they think they won’t, well let’s just lay off some people. Whenever business types take over, the first place they look to cut is personnel. The reason for these staffing reductions is so called savings, which I would bet my house, will be countered by the huge tax breaks the oligarchs will be receiving. These firings/forced quitting is to save their salaries to use to balance the Oligarchs tax cut.
Again, straight out of Hitlers playbook. Shot gun executive orders ( too many to decide which one to fight) people become overwhelmed and give up.

Unemployment is 26 weeks pay at 80 percent this 32 weeks pay at 100 percent thing is went everyone returns to the office efficiency will automatically rise as the workers have no distractions like at home so efficiency rising is going to lead to lay offs this is a good solid offer for anyone with less than 5 years government employment because firing anyone with less than 5 years costs the government nothing because your pension and benefits are not yet vested so they'll save not having to do that which will save a few billion is expenses and anyone with less than 10 years service might consider the offer if they can't get thier goal number they'll start investigating people's finances for extra employment income people's social media accounts for time stamps to see when posts were made and propably remote access your hard to look for mouse jiggles programs as your work laptops are federal property no warrant is needed alot people should consider theese measure cause anyone caught defrauding the government will propably be given the option of forfeiting thier pension and benefits to avoid prosecution or be prosecuted and if convicted be incarcerated or at have to sign an admission of guilt that will affect future private sector oppurtunities and still have your pension and benefits stripped I personally know a state congressional aid who was convicted of an offense and was forced to serve prison time probation and sign away thier government pension benefits and insurance over accounti.g errors some of theese cases will be outright fraud once investigated and I except outcomes will be similar

If you want to know how to deal with criminals and conmen you cant look for positives (i.e. Definitive proofs) you must be able to see negatives (what is missing, where are the holes). If it isn't there something is wrong. You don't trust that it exists, you trust that it doesn't exist.

Are there any reporters at CBS with political savvy? The question of does the President have authority to spend money for executive purposes, rather than use the money as Congress appropriated, is a good one. The answer is, of course, no. The President's duty is to execute the spending of taxpayer funds as Congress dictates in appropriations. The real question is, which Congressional Committee is going to call the Executive Branch to come forward and explain the misappropriation. The answer, for at least the next two years, is none of the Republican Committee Chairs are going to stand in the President's way.

But, federal worker here, you are being unfair in generalizing, demonizing, your fellow Americans as lazy, shirking, grifters. Is that all we ALL are? My agency has teleworked to a greater or lesser degree since 2011. We can do that because we only work with data that is entirely digital, and not with people except via phone solely in some cases. Never in person. My team only works with other federal employees, and we keep the USA's financial records proper and tidy. Our agency has never complained about productivity dives. Our agency knows telework works and they have the data to prove it, but will they dare stand up, show it, and suggest a more sane approach. My teammates and I know we are more productive at home. We've already been moved back into a hybrid split of onsite time and at home time, obediently to the Republicans push of a year ago. Removing telework will cause those with knowledge to retire if they can (brain drain), and younger people to go to a private business that still sees the value in telework. Less stellar minds will be in charge of agencies. For the sake of a few agencies with bad culture, and bad apples here and there, my agency has to take this longstanding thing that works fine away from conscientious (fellow taxpayers) who DO, without question, work. It is just plain wrong for that blanket attitude to be held. It is illogical as well. Nothing is that simple. Federal worker does not equal bad, unreliable person.

They wouldn't be able to apply for unemployment, IF they are FIRED for refusing to go to work.....

@Chromatic145 And that's all he does, which is why success will be at an all-time low for an individual in his position. He should've stuck with real estate. He sucks at politics, with women, and being a leader. The American people deserve better. 🧐🤔😞
