沒必要用啤酒泡豬肝
但可以用一點料理米酒醃一下
或是煮時加點料理酒和薑片去腥
乾辣椒去籽後就直接把籽丟掉
乾辣椒已經是乾的..大概洗一下就好
沒必要洗了再去籽又曬乾
根本脫褲子放屁
明明很多步驟可省略
會做菜的一看就知道怎麼做最快
不過不會做菜的倒是可以參考
啤酒是灵魂吧?我做的很难吃,很硬,或很柴,於是用梳打粉,醃一下,行嗎?
@@yeewanleung4224煮出來會硬是因為豬肝血水沒洗乾淨, 要多用流動水洗到豬肝顏色呈現略白, 水直到清澈為止, 會用啤酒是因為啤酒花酵母會去腥,而且幫助血水排出, 可以省幾次沖水的動作
