Love this awesome opportunity to be a warrior!! I was a runner so while I may not run anymore marathons, just knowing that I can improve my gait, balance and so many other factors that PD wants to rob us gives me faith and strength to never give up. Thank you Polly and PFP❤

Balance and gait are extremely important!!! And we do try to address those skills directly as well as indirectly with the variety of exercises in all of our classes. Keep up the good work!! Working on posture should be something we spend time on everyday! And I appreciate your insightful comment about losing concentration at times during the exercises too. We continue to add complexity to the workouts which does require additional concentration and sometimes that can be extremely demanding, especially when the workout is fast-paced. I like your idea about repeating the parts!! Also, please know that we try to challenge our participants mentally and physically as part of how we design the workouts.🤗💪😎

I can only second Diane, Ufuoma and others praising you. May I ask you for more exercises in posture (result of my 45 years in computers). Another problem I have is concentration. I loose it once in a while, probably due to my "young age", almost 77. Is there anything that can be done? I just repeat the parts.

Great workout Polly! My intention for exercise is to workout as hard as I can and continue to challenge myself, so that I can maintian the mobility I have, hopefully, continue to impprove my mobilty and reversre the effects of Parkinson's, so that I can continue to provide for and play / stay active with my daughter.
