The Middle colonies consisted of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. In this video, Kim Kutz Elliott discusses how their economies combined the industry of the North with the agriculture of the South. They were unusual, however, for their degree of religious toleration and their wide range of ethnic diversity.

This kind of makes sense, Kim, about how William Penn extended religious tolerance to all; it is understandable because the Quakers were devoted to the platonic- friendship really, so they would emphasize platonic concern for neighbor... hence conflicts would be resolved by individuals discussing things ideally, and they really apparently valued chastity.
Are these part of a playlist?
Well done!
William Penn apparently not only extended religious tolerance to not merely protestants, but to just about all Christians at that, of all branches thereof, and quite likely a lot more religious faiths at that.
