Roborock, you need to sort out your product names. We got so many Qrevo/Q that differs from entry-mid-high end it's hard to keep track of them all. Even the Qrevo Master rivals the S8 Ultra, like what's going on? In my opinion you should rename the entry ones to something else. Qrevo and "Q" is too close in name/brand imo, what differs a Q8+ vs a Qrevo Plus? Besides the mopping system? And since this is a global model, when can we expect it in Europe and Scandinavia?
@roborockglobal not good enough that the social media handler is responding to these messages, what's the internal process for feedback? I heard that upper management does not take into consideration customer feedback seriously as the numbers are already in and that's all they care about.
I preordered my curv in September and received it the first week of October plus received the dyad air with it. It does a much better job than my master did and certainly outclasses the previous robots I've had. I also had a samsung bespoke jet bot ai and it was a huge pile of garbage that went back on its second day after it just shut down in the hallway with all red lights on it. That one couldn't even complete a single cleaning run.

This is the biggest step up a roborock unit has had since the release of the docking station, if you can id return it. This is assuming the features they advertise on this video hold up
Brush arm and mop both extend. Brush arm, main brush and mops can raise themselves plus the robot itself can raise to clear obstacles. I have a curv and its the best robot vacuum I've ever had.
Look good but damn how much is it going to cost? I have the Qrevo Pro and it works great and only grip I have is the sub par obstacle avoidance system. It an avoids bigger objects just fine but it has never found a cord it didn't like.
Release date? Price? Which tier is this, premium, entry or mid? Please be better to help your customers choose. Thank God I didn't buy the Qrevo, which is by the way on sale right now.

According to a techsite in Sweden, we won't see this till Q1 2025 😅. Might be earlier in the rest of the EU. Speculation at this point ofc. According to another site the new models will be available next week in the UK, so who knows when Roborock can't be honest this close to release.
Where did the understandable product names go ? like what is this? cant u all just make Premium-Mid Tier - Low tier and name them accordingly to that and add a number like Roborock Q6 Q7 Q8 Q9 Q10 , Roborock S10 S11 S22 , Ultra if it has the dock that does all , plus if it has some features removed from the dock etc ?

As well this robot do not wipe - wet good the corners. see video where it shows as well that the corner is cleaned. It is as well impossible with circle spinn wheels. When are you guys from Robock fixing that part?

The anti tangle brush is genius. I have the S7 Max V Ultra and while it's great, I have to untangle dog hair from it at least twice a week.

I had a master and this is much better. My curv goes over carpets and pads that the master would get hung up on.

What is the difference between the top of the line Roborocks? It's very hard to compare them when no website does it. Not even Xiaomi website.
