I used the MCarbo spring for my CZ 455 Ultra Lux and it works wonderfully! A little squirt of WD-40 on the pin helped get it out for the first time. I also used a 1/8 inch punch; it matched the size of the pin better. The pin holding the magazine filler piece fell out during my hammering so be on the lookout for that pin. You don't want to lose it. I am going to the range this week to see if my precision has improved at the 50 yd line.
I really like your videos. I ordered 3 of these a while ago, but only got around to installing one a few days ago. I have a very old 452 that I decided to start with. The trigger pin WOULD not budge. M*Carbo was very helpful when I emailed for help/advice. I managed to do it, but I destroyed 2 made in China 1/16” punches in the process. In the end, an oil soak and a 3/32” punch got the pin moving. Installation and reassembly were a snap after the hell of pin removal. The trigger feels significantly lighter. Great product, very good customer support. I just hope the pin on my 455 is easier to budge when I go to install #2! Keep making these high energy tutorials. They’re much appreciated. Cheers
cardinalisland - I'm a little late here but I just did my old 452 - exact same issue as you (thought I might break things), except it was also a b!tch getting it back in! Finally got it in after some helpful cursing and immense self control. I also did my 2 455's (Evolution in .22 and thumbhole in .17 HMR), they were a breeze, only took 10 or so minutes each, all in. I was shocked how hard the 452 was, as I had done the 2 455's first. Anyway, I'm sure your 455 was way easier. Cheers...

@@dyang1982 - Thanks for the reply, Oh yes, very straight forward. For me though, the 2 455's were easy peasy...the 452, yea, not so much, the pin just wouldn't budge. There was another guy in this same string who had the same issue as me. I saw you had a 452 so I thought I'd see how your install went. Glad it was easy, cheers...
Before viewing this video I found another one from a guy in Canada. He took the original spring out and cut three rings off of it. Not sure that's the best way to go but he did give a disclaimer on the video. Are these M*Carbo springs available in Australia?
I am late to the game on this vid, but had a CZ452 cross my bench this week. The owner needed to bring his trigger weight up to 3lb minimum. Found your product when shopping springs. Ended up using a spring I had on hand instead, but still wanted to comment. Calling a single spring a 'kit' is a bit generous, don't you think? A kit would have several springs of varying weights like Wolff does it. A real kit would have a new spring rod and adjustment nut that gives more control over the factory system. Speaking of adjustment...can you update this vid showing the trigger weight with the nut all the way DOWN, then with the nut all the way UP? That would be an actual test of your spring 'kit' versatility in a factory gun. Anyhow, customer got his trigger up to competition spec with a spring from my box and the nut all the way down. I added a turn or two of the nut to get it up to 3.25 just to be sure the scale used at check in didn't disqualify him. Didn't bother to charge him.
You can add washers to your trigger spring guide rod to shim up the spring and add weight. Start with your nut all the way down, then add shims to get the weight close to what you want. Only then would you use the nut to add more weight.
isn't it there a certain amount of torque to apply when putting back the screws ?...i remember seeing something like that on another video talking about to much torque or not enough ...playing with the accuracy.... (@UCXPvo1FsLNdG6kYqeYci3Wg posted a video talking about the amount of torque and accuracy)......j
@@mitchwardrop6999 _ I'm way late but you are 100% correct, I just bought a 455 Evolution, brand new. I also just installed this spring...yup - from the factory, it's pointed the other way around. Cheers...
Straight to the point, no BS instructional video. Refreshing. Great job! 🇺🇸🇨🇿

Good Video, got right to it, instead of others that spend 10 minutes of preamble.
Thanks Brother we appreciate the feedback. Glad you liked the video!
Just bought one for my 452 and my 455! Can’t wait until they get here! 🇺🇸
Just purchased this spring for my 452 american
Wish I'd seen this video 6-7 months ago. I replaced springs in my 452 & 455 with Ace #144. My first ever gun modification and I was a little nervous.
Tom Hall What trigger pull weight did the Ace spring yield?
where did your pull start with the cz spring? and what was it after the ace #144 spring install? i'm doing the ace #144 on my 455 this wkend.

@irishkelly654 they were pretty straight forward. Easy peasy

Thanks Guys we appreciate the feedback. Glad you both liked the video! More on the way!
My 452's have the Yodave trigger kits installed. More complete with the shims.
Thank you... I needed to see the trigger in action to shim it.
Thanks Brother for your Support!

my 455 factory trigger is sweet.
Mate this video saved my ass !!
Gostei muito do video .. Muito bom , parabéns
Excellente video, thanks for sharing!!!
hoping this raises my trigger pull enough to stop the unexpected discharges on closing the bolt as mine is currently at 8 ounces and TOO light !

MY factory trigger adjusts form 1lb to 2lb. I need to get it to 3lb minimum for my son's 4H shooting competition. Do you sell a stiffer spring?
You need a trigger less than 2.34 lbs?
What is the cost for I spring 1:18
Great video, Thank You!
Wow nice boss
Sometimes when i maked this upgrade when i pull the bolt back come frealy in my hand i dont hnow why?

cz says 25 inch-pounds. I've heard 20 inch-pounds is the sweet spot for accuracy
For what it's worth, he puts the trigger plate in backwards according to the CZ barrel changing video
