Thank you for sharing and breaking the stigma. I've been there too... Gratitude is when memory is stored in the heart and not in the mind. One day at a time we find that... 🙏🏻💜 God bless you
I am addicted to painkillers (8-10 pills). I just didn't know that it also numbed the pains caused by my mind, the pains I feel in my soul. Thank you for opening my eyes🙏🏻.
@@skykn1ght78 yes you’re right that was jung. Regardless both of them are titans who’s teachings have never held so much relevance as they do now in our modern pathologized world. Glad to see others out there who resist the urge to sleepwalk through life as part of the herd
An emotionally balanced individual, this gent, Tu Lam. It is unfortunate that emotion management has never been taught in schools nor the importance of it emphasized by society. Seems like the matrix just wants to churn out unthinking-unfeeling individuals. A lot of times it's just "Don't be so angry" or "try to be polite" and that's about it. You're on your own and most of us tend to hide away our painful emotions/memories as we try to get on with making a living or maybe indulge in some form of temporary escape (drugs/alcohol/sex/food etc). We wished with enough time maybe we could forget, that they were gone but trying to hide something away doesn't work so well with deep-rooted emotions that matter so much to our inner being. Many of us need to break down before we realize how to find answers/peace within ourselves. Good luck to those still on their journey. Remember that as you heal, what emotions used to cause you most intense pain/hurt will slowly transform to become the foundation of your emotional growth, it will become strengthening and supportive.
Definitely. The system churns out people weak of mind, body and spirit for a reason. They are easy to control. From the moment we are enrolled in elementary to the moment we die we are expected to be slaves to the state, the main ideological flavours of the day and our own base instincts. Independently minded critical thinkers who forge their own paths are the antithesis to this way of being. You can see how those who subscribe to groupthink of all stripes attack each other and especially those who rise above at every chance they get. It is a futile attempt to bring them down to their own base level, driven by ignorance and envy. There is no other choice but to carry on mindful of, yet untouched by the chorus sung by the masses of the insane.
The difference between this guy and the Shaolin „monk“ is just amazing ! Tu Lam is just „the real deal“ …a character not „curated“ to appeal to an audience but „forged“ to become an actual warrior . Of course the Shaolin has something to offer a particular type of person too, but in comparison …it’s like comparing a Samurai to the guy that says „Well,I got a papercut once…!“
I take 7 different pills a day one of them i need 10 to just feel sleepy.. In my country it called hipnosedon, in USA I think Rohypnol i need 10 of them.... Can u imagine??? You are a hero! Quiting (and staying clean) benzos and all that s**t is very difficult. It's like living hell on earth! And the doctors...? Most of them want us for customers.. But tell me where can i go to get away from all this pain!!!
Having watched some Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee or played Mortal Combat a.s.o. But it wasn't reason or idol. As I started i was aware it eitherways would still be out of me and those movies/games where just examples of people achieving something. No one is the same doing the same.
God Dammit guys, i hate your videos as much as i love them ! I love them a lot but PLEASE, for GOD SAKE, give us the time to feel the words of your guests before cutting the video and sending "massive thank you". Otherwise it is so much frustrating, it is like a big meditation starting to root and bring clarity and then, suddently, a man start speaking out loud in your ears. I understand your will to "call to action", but it break the video's impact at its more precious moment.
I just wish the title was not the "The weakest"
He was never weak. Never.. 🙏🏻☝️
@Solipsis Addiction is not a Moral Weakness. That's all I was saying. There's no weakness here, I feel. 💜🙏🏻

Tu Lam's brutal honesty is inspiring.
If we could all be honest with ourselves the world would be such a better place!
Very honest man sending love ❤

It can't be impossible because others have also done it. But I had no particular 'hero'. This I've thought when I began in my youth.. ;)
