We salute the flag on the tail of the acft as we send it on its way. Over time it has become a salute to the officers who pilot our jets, so they’ve begun saluting back and it’s awesome. I loved marshaling my jets. 😊

Really cool to watch. Over and over and......... You can actually feel the respect they have for each other and although it seems all light hearted, they have a huge responsibility for taking control of the sky above them and then having to return home all in one piece.
Even with all the goofing around they still salute and show respect. They give these pilots a laugh and send them off with a smile and feeling good knowing they might not return.
How could you not? Surrounded by war machines and the burning smell of jet fuel, and get to learn and use the most badass form of sign language there is 😂
21 yr retired Army Veteran here. I remember counting the fighter jets fly over during Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. The next morning I always hope to count the same, more , not less. It was psychological for me. I hoped we didn’t lose any pilots.
My daddy serve in the Korean War, he was the guy who fixed the jets..He was definitely, one of a kind, with much love for me..I will be joining my family, soon..Hang in there and never lose focus of your happiness..Time is passing away, too..
Yeah, we haven't even appreciated the men in the military who've been deployed But women passing basic training is enough to get them the same respect. Absolutely insane

Now I am a Retired Army MP First Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Airborne, etc., etc. I had my launch dance on 🔥 for every time we got new recruits off the bus at basic! No regrets, but i biinge watch videos like this!😎
