Also, just curious: I noticed you glued the cut side of the sides of the heart on the outside. I would have put the cuts on the inside; is there a specific reason you put them on the outside?

Once you tie it with a 260 balloon make sure you tie it again at the end or the nozzle like you would normally tie a regular balloon. You are probably not doing it tight enough

Yes they have to go on the outside otherwise they will not bend

If you wanted to make them smaller how would you do it
I guess you would use the back base for main measurements to make it smaller ... Hope this helps
if you had a smaller teddy bear yes, it will have to be proportioned to your piece. You can always make it smaller.
